Oh Who cares about what other's said about your Brick work. You're doing a fantastic job keep up the great work.
Thomas From Thailand
Ah to hell with online comments about us folk who have a go at doing something we aren't trained to do. I love the brickwork. I have some coming up and I'm not even going to bother cleaning it. You've done a great job. Respect 🙌🙌
Thank you Darren!!
I was inspired by this man's work, that I started to do my own oven. I am almost done with my bread oven! Thank you for all you're detailed videos!
They make cleaners that are less harsh than muriatic, and they work pretty well if you get it while still fresh. Nice work! Although your slower than the pro masons, your work looks just as good and is probably higher overall quality.
Ignore the haters. What you're doing is incredible! 👍
You do great work for not being a mason. Great job. Impressive!
For somebody that not a mason you did a fantastic job
Beautiful! 😍
Love what you have done.
hey it looks really great, everyone sitting on the couch is a critic never mind them
Thank you so much!!!
Great job, love your set up!!
Great Job!!
Don't know anything about brick laying, but this video is a great primer if I ever need to make anything with brick and mortar. Your work looks damn good to me. Beautiful outdoor kitchen you have made.
Thank You!!!
Fantastic job!!.. ignore the haters, your work is incredible and we thank you for the advice you gave!! 👏👍
Thank you so much!
Looks good for a noobie.
Great work Artisan...for someone that has not done any masonry work it looks really great. I’m proud of you my brother. Keep up the good work. I enjoy all your videos. A great educational tool for anyone to view.
Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging comment! It is greatly appreciated!!
I love your work. I would also love to see both in action. Very interested to see how they actually work, especially the bbq.
Thank you. I have been wanting to do a video like this for a long time. It’s on my to do list
Looks awesome, I've been working on a big outdoor fireplace for about 2 years, will be done in a few weeks. The cleaning of my sloppy mortar will be fun, not.
Slaked lime and sand is best for the "colder" parts since it does not crack. Concrete based mortar will crack sooner or later because it is to rigid. The "hotter" parts should be built with a clay and sand mortar since it withstands heat.
Your brickwork is sure better then mine. So thumbs up !
Thank You Brother!
Learned a lot and you do great work. You're a great teacher and the video quality is great. Music is not too loud and voiceover is just right. But, please wear a respirator when mixing concrete or mortar. Thanks for the content
Thank you, and you are right.
Your masonry is fine. You did good for not being a mason. On on my 40th year.
I live in spain ...could I use monocapa to cover most of your brickwork to create a white rendered type finish?
I score the bottom of the granite with a masonry grinder, just makes it 50 times more sticking to the mortar.
I had the granite people score it with their machine instead.
How many hours would you estimate you have into this project? Crazy effort. Very impressive!
Thank you!! At least 400 hours.
Hey,
Great job. I have a question please. In my neighborhood, it’s not allowed to have permanent grilling sites in the back yard. So is there a way to build such oven on a movable base and reduce the weight? Thanks
I have been thinking about this for a while. I might build something like this in the future and post a video. I would probably have a metal base welded on wheels that can handle a lot of weight. Also, the smaller the oven , the easier it will be to move it around
Hello Jason can understand the negative comments oh we live and we learn don't we Jason. Anyways Jason I am interested in building a pizza bread oven all in one with a front door to keep the heat inside. What are your thoughts about this? I really like baking breads I look forward to hearing back from you Jason thanks.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I always think the idea of those bbqs is awesome, but I've never seen how people use them.
“Townsends” (a YT channel) does 18th century reenacting and they have videos of doing this on their channel.
I will post videos when I’m finished with the kitchen
@@ArtisanMade do you have any videos of you using the bbq? I have the same curiosity as @kettch42
Those naysayers should shut their pie hole. Nice work.
I agree!!!
What are you coming in this
oh yeah and also don't use the wrong type of bricks or you'll have poison leaching into the food!
Can you elaborate please?
lol, its a very "rustic" job youve done.
also you woudnt believe how many jobsite i encountered that the mortar didnt stick because people didnt wet the blocks/bricks.

You should strive to lay the pavers better… it does not matter if you have experience or not. Just learn.
