@Voluntiree No,I'm running it just as you see it.I have only run in it a small engine. There is a video showing me test it. I will be doing a video tomorrow showing the fuel and using it in my DIY generator for charging my 48-volt battery bank.
just dont forget to pay road use tax on your homemade fuel and the government will not care. A local guy here was selling oily drip that was coming out of a well to guys with diesel pickups for 50 cents a gallon. the state found out and charged him the tax for all the fuel he sold.
I will try to get a video of the burner and another test run of homemade diesel. I'm hoping by Saturday, Sunday at the latest. I'll go into more detail. Thanks for your interest in the process.
@@karlsoffroad i run my old bmw on waste engine oil, but i want to distill it because it clogs the diesel filter really fast, despite of i filter it beforehand with a 45 micron filter.
I also built a centrifuge for about $30,I'm going to filter the fuel through that afterwards to go a step further. I'm setting up right now for a video of the whole process, with the burner head information and other various things used. Should have it posted by tomorrow morning.
I'm going to find out how much I can yield from 2 gallons in my next video. I'm going to say it's pretty close to about 75% return on what you put in. We'll find out in a day or two!
@julien1342 There isn't any oxygen present, so it can't. If the container does get a hole in it, then yes, it could. I have a playlist of DIY diesel videos if you want to check them out.
I would use caution and common sense. I am still experimenting with this process. I will develop this further and share my findings in a future video. Thanks
Bro about to be marooned on the same island as the guy who made the 100mpg carburetor lol
If I disappear, you know what happened! Lol
Karl, I found this very educational
Thank you! I will be doing a more in depth video on the process, I just wanted to share my experience on the trial run.
Ain’t no way 😮. Keep it up, there’s not a lotta channels that do this.
Appreciate that,I will.
You can clear it up with sulfric acid 1% and triethylamine 1%.
Does this require the addition of gas to the end product in the same way gas is added to waste oil when making black diesel?

@@Voluntiree You're welcome! I'll be happy to answer any questions or try suggestions. I'm no expert. I'm just trying to be prepared.

I will be building a generator so I can avoid the government altogether. They already take more than their fair share of money.
@@karlsoffroadthere is no fair share when it comes to the government, they said i owe them 2k in back taxes and refuse to give me proof

please continue developing this idea. how does work the burner? i want to do same as you

Hi mate how much a barrel (210l) full of waste oil (residual oil) or used engine oil makes diesel

doesn't it explode? I mean there is oil and very high temperature
