I've never seen someone radius a fretboard that way. Seems like it saves a lot of time vs the radius sanding blocks I see and it's not someone just using a CNC. Clever and homemade. Well done!

Aren't you concerned about glue squeeze out in the truss rod channel?

No. The trussed channel is filled with silicon, so no glue will get in there.
