How much for that build?
How is that bypass switch wired? Just disconnecting all pots from gnd?
its a bypass for the bridge pickup. Sends the signal directly to the output jack
I've never seen someone radius a fretboard that way. Seems like it saves a lot of time vs the radius sanding blocks I see and it's not someone just using a CNC. Clever and homemade. Well done!
@3:13 is the best part of the build ;) But seriously you've done a really great job setting for this '59 build. Your self constructed jigs and setup for carving the top shows your ability as a craftsman.

Aren't you concerned about glue squeeze out in the truss rod channel?
No. The trussed channel is filled with silicon, so no glue will get in there.
