Very interesting! I recommend trying you hand at growing Pandanus conoideus, breadfruit, breadnut, okari and matoa/ton. You should be able to source them in Australia, if you are patient enough.
Your truely inspirational passion and determination to be self sufficient. Is truely what makes learning about it all the more exciting. Much respect mate
Ahhhh man. I’ve been watching your main channel since 2020 being stuck in Melbourne lockdowns. Have a kid on the way and this homesteading channel has convinced the Mrs to move out of the city in Brisbane up to cairns area. Thank you
Incredible VARIETY in fruits & plants we never hear about here in Canada! Thx for the tour & explanations of each. Also love the animals & your family’s operation. Inspiring… keep ‘em coming❤️🇨🇦
Tong, tell your Mama Judy that " I love her" . I love your whole family ❤ I've been trying to get my son to do a RUclips channel with me, the way you & your Mom do it. ❤❤
Proper deadly orchard in the making! We’re also starting a little orchard in Daintree. Let me know if you do have some spare grafted Durians you’re willing to part with. Keep up the good work!
You should put old rice sacks over your jack fruits to help them grow faster. I’ve spent a lot of time in the Philippines 🇵🇭 as that’s where my partner is from and they all put old rice sacks over the jack fruits.
I live the dream every day just by being here but I cant wait until I can make something like this possible... love all the vids and info! When I go to Australia I'm definitely going to go support the shop :)
Amazing collection mate. It's great to see all the progress in 3 years. I'll be up there in late November. Will definitely stop by your cafe. Maybe have a look those majestic durians and mangosteens as well (both my favs).
gday, very inspiring watching , we are in process of creating community self sufficiency here in the south west of WA, one fine day it will be on a tropical land, however are ya having some seeds for sale from some of the delicious fruit you grow>?
The Jackfruit and Durian are two of the nastiest fruits I've ever tasted. LOL Sorry. Now Mangos are the best. The farm is looking great! Great job. Can't wait to see you out on the boat on another adventure again. ❤
Really amazing video, it's always so refreshing to see your homestead videos. I'm curious to know if it would be possible to grow coconut in your place, as I did not see them up until now in your tours, greetings :)
You're already looking like a legit tropical gardener/farmer walking around with your trusty cane knife/machete 😊
Love what you're doing. Making my mouth water for all that beautiful fruit.
Great job!
