In my experience, it is not possible to fabricate such a large framework that fits perfectly with non-precious alloy. As a rule, tension occurs and the scaffolding rocks. I make such work in segments and then solder them together. In gold, platinum or palladium, it was no problem to cast such works with a perfect fit.
