Please ans ..how many minutes in a day we should do your face yoga exercise to get best lifting result..can I do do twice a day as I have loose and saggy skin of face?
I have vertical folds between eyes and nose.folds start from eye corner and end on nostril..eyes look hollow and tear through highlighted..please suggest any massage?
Thanks for sharing your face ageing concerns. Please focus on toning the area around the eyes (not just massage), you need to strengthen the muscles to smooth out the lines and help with the hollows - choose any videos in my Eye Section that resonate with you, and do them daily if you can 💆♀ For massage, choose a whole face massage, not just eyes, as it will help to re-set the muscles in their proper positions and will create a balance lift through the face. Again, for this, you can choose a video or two in my Massage section 🌷 let me know how you get on!
