Should you face be hurting after trying Deborah's tips, we recommend using much lighter pressure and applying a light facial oil before massaging to ensure the skin has enough slip for comfortable massage ☺️

You can not move your check bones , it is impossible with out plastic surgery.

These facial exercises do not actually move your cheekbones, they help relieve build up around the area.
