I'd say that the Odin 2 is a great handheld Android in general, not only for remote play. If you want a cheaper handheld only for remote play, I'd look at buying an abxylute .
Fantastic, amazing... do you need a PS5 desktop to play!? I ask because I'm looking for a portable console that runs directly, or with emulators.Without the console original ;) tkss
Hi, Spider-Man 2 is only on PS5 and it's not available on PC or other consoles, yes, you need a PS5 to play the game, I'm streaming the game from my PS5 to my Odin 2 using the PSPlay App.
Open the PSPlay app and go to the settings on the left hand side, select Button Mapping, name the new mapping profile and follow the instructions on screen. Once you have done you can hide the on screen layout. You can select the profile created going to Profile on the left and side menu and selecting the mapping profile just created.
I don't own a Logitech G Cloud but I know about it, it seems to be popular for people playing cloud games, it is also an android device but less powerful, it can handle some retro gaming too
Sony's app for remote play supports only official controllers and licensed 3rd party controllers, Odin 2 is not one of them and you must use another app from the play store. I'm using PSPlay. This app is not free but it's worth it.
@@madarasoun3018 i don't own a PSPortal so I cannot comment on that, what I can say is that using and Android device gives you more options using the app that works better for you. PSPortal has the native adaptive triggers, better haptics and a big screen that no other handheld can give you at that price.
Non ho provato a collegarmi ad una PS4 usando PSPlay ma l'app supporta la PS4 quindi dovrebbe funzionare, con PS4 la risoluzione del video dovrebbe essere 720p, o almeno è quello che dice l'app
I’m having trouble getting my controls to work on my Odin Pro, how’d you do this?
You reckon odin 2 is best handheld for ps play? I heard the dev might eventually have it on the steamdeck

How do you set the gamepad mode on odin 2 ? Everytime I try to play on remote I only can play via touch screen and not the odin buttons

@@FantiR Thank you! Everything worked out great
How many hours of play time while streaming ganes from ps5??? Until batery runs out
it has 8000mah so probably more than 7 hours
how do you do the touchpad? like how do you do the photo mode for those bugle missions
The Odin 2 has 2 buttons on the back, I've mapped one as the DualSense touchpad
Does this support haptics
Yes, PSPlay supports haptics and they are quite good.
Is this a base model?
Just curious have to tried the g cloud? Is one better?
I don't own a Logitech G Cloud but I know about it, it seems to be popular for people playing cloud games, it is also an android device but less powerful, it can handle some retro gaming too
What’s the battery life like?
The Odin 2 has great battery life, I don't have numbers on hand but I think using it to remote play you could play for 6 or 8 hours
How did you get the controller to work?
Sony's app for remote play supports only official controllers and licensed 3rd party controllers, Odin 2 is not one of them and you must use another app from the play store. I'm using PSPlay. This app is not free but it's worth it.
