By "morning" I mean "daytime" meaning pag may araw pa. Whether umaga, tanghali, hapon, up to you. Basta magawa mo yung daytime and nighttime mo, that's enough already. Beyond that is up to you pero possible na it's overdoing it already. Of course let's say may day talaga na nadumihan face mo, syempre it only makes sense na mag-cleanser ka. Pero di naman always mangyayari yun so ok lang to make an exception sometimes. But regularly, just a daytime and nighttime routine is enough. Hope that clarifies! :)

That's why, prang Yung feeling na I need to wash after lunch tym... That's why, parang kulang na Hindi gagamit ng cleanser. Kaya 3 tyms tla me gumagamit. Morning, after lunch then evening... I know, Hindi lng ako ganyan. For sure Pati iba din na hndi aircon Ang workplace. hope u can explain this in one of ur content. Firstly just wanted to say thank you po for your service as a public school teacher 🤍 Given this lifestyle na pawisin lalo na sa hot and humid country like ours, I think if it doesn't really irritate your skin, it's ok to do. Pero yung afternoon ako personally, I wouldn't use another exfoliating cleanser (assuming that you're using the Quickfx with 1% SA). Siguro I's use something gentler and without any exfoliating actives for the afternoon. Especially since yung sweat, as mentioned by derms, it can be removed by water. Tapos yung konting oil accumulated for a few hours, that should be effectively removed even with a regular gentle cleanser. :)

I've been using 5% Azelaic acid serum Skin V.2.0 brand for 2 weeks na, day and night (for around the mouth acne). nawala naman yung cluster na acne. Pero may isa isa parin na tumutubo. Do i increase the concentration to 10% (Ellana brand). Or stay pa rin ako hanggang sa maubos? Pa help naman po #JanAngelo. My day and night routine is Cleanser, Serum, Moisturizer.
You need to upgrade to a set of acne medications given by a derm to control that long-term. Walang strong evidence ang 5% Azelaic Acid for long-term acne control. Only 15-20% azelaic acid ang may strong evidence, and only as a second-line treatment (meaning meron pang other, better medications to control acne). I would say if you want to solve your acne asap, consult ka na agad sa derma to get your prescription. Don't rely on skincare only. 👍

Diko pa sya nagagamit ,dinagdag ko lang sa skin care routine ko for my oily face at madami pimple scars
@@erichgarcia6556 Vitamin C on dry skin after cleansing then wait 10 minutes before applying dual essence. Skip the moisturizer if you’re feeling oily. Night: hyaluronic acid, then niacinamide then wait for products to dry before applying retinol, then moisturizer.
You can set aside your HA since most likely nasa ibang products mo na sya. 🙂 I'd personally go from thinnest to thickest. Depende na lang din if you're using actives.. Like you can use vit c muna, let it absorb really well before going on with the rest of your products. Same din with your Retinol. Unless you want to do the buffering method (ideal for beginners or those with sensitive skin), then sa huli sya.. Pero of course, laging huli ang sunscreen sa AM routine..

( Neutrohena salicylic acid face wash then toner glycolic acid ordinary) 1.Retinol 2.Glow serum ng cosrx 3.Snail 92 all in 1 cream 4.Vaseline So far working siya sakin, lumiliit na pores and pimples ko. Lambot feeling ng skin ko pati. 1 week po ako gamit this routine then nakita ko agad na glow sa skin ko.
Doesn't matter kung before or after. But some people prefer na ilagay yung toner first because kas komportable. Effect-wise walang kinalaman. And no need to wait 15mins. 👍😊

I've been using 5% Azelaic acid serum Skin V.2.0 brand for 2 weeks na, day and night (for around the mouth acne). nawala naman yung cluster na acne. Pero may isa isa parin na tumutubo. Do i increase the concentration to 10% (Ellana brand). Or stay pa rin ako hanggang sa maubos? Pa help naman po #JanAngelo. My day and night routine is Cleanser, Serum, Moisturizer.
You need to upgrade to a set of acne medications given by a derm to control that long-term. Walang strong evidence ang 5% Azelaic Acid for long-term acne control. Only 15-20% azelaic acid ang may strong evidence, and only as a second-line treatment (meaning meron pang other, better medications to control acne). I would say if you want to solve your acne asap, consult ka na agad sa derma to get your prescription. Don't rely on skincare only. 👍
Would it be all right to layer hyaluronic acid and benzoyl peroxide?
Yes since based on one of his routines, Acne medication niya is Benzoyl peroxide tapos moisturizer niya is with Hyaluronic acid

Technically pwede, but personally I would not do it para sigurado ako sa effectivity nilang dalawa.

My question is di ko alam kung san ko ipapasok si dual essence at hyaluronic acid . Diko pa sya nagagamit ,dinagdag ko lang sa skin care routine ko for my oily face at madami pimple scars

@@erichgarcia6556 Vitamin C on dry skin after cleansing then wait 10 minutes before applying dual essence. Skip the moisturizer if you’re feeling oily.
Night: hyaluronic acid, then niacinamide then wait for products to dry before applying retinol, then moisturizer.
You can set aside your HA since most likely nasa ibang products mo na sya. 🙂
I'd personally go from thinnest to thickest. Depende na lang din if you're using actives.. Like you can use vit c muna, let it absorb really well before going on with the rest of your products. Same din with your Retinol. Unless you want to do the buffering method (ideal for beginners or those with sensitive skin), then sa huli sya.. Pero of course, laging huli ang sunscreen sa AM routine..

So far working siya sakin, lumiliit na pores and pimples ko. Lambot feeling ng skin ko pati.
1 week po ako gamit this routine then nakita ko agad na glow sa skin ko.

Doesn't matter kung before or after. But some people prefer na ilagay yung toner first because kas komportable. Effect-wise walang kinalaman. And no need to wait 15mins. 👍😊
