watching Lee in his western denim shirt and jeans making sanding, carving, and shaping the boots by hands travels me "130 years."
It does not get any more Americana oldschool craftmanship and passion than that!
amazing job, Kirby and team on this full-length ASMR video!

Thank you very much dear people Kirby and Lee Miller for providing viewing satisfaction! A very atmospheric video, sometimes it seems that you are about to start smelling tools and materials, and your hands begin to feel like I'm working...

Not sure what is, but love watching and listening to a crafts people practicing his/her art. Wonderful to see them work to a level only time and experience in the craft has given them. While it’s sad to see some of them disappear, others have found new light to continue/evolve the craft. Thank you for the amazing video.

New to the channel (brought from custom hiking boots production video), but I loved, loved, loved these videos with Lee. Your knowledge, curiosity, vulnerability, and respect lead to such a great look into the craft. You choosing to honor his legacy and contributions to the craft in the folded tulip design was moving. I haven't even watched the final product video yet, but I just know you'll really value these boots and am looking forward to seeing them on your feet and hopefully similar videos! Earned many subs with this one I imagine!

at 8:32 FINALLY someone who lights a "burner" the right way, with a flint striker, NOT a gas lighter (the kind you set birthday cake candles alight with), or light a cigar!, those are Fine for that intended use, but an "alcohol stove/burner" used by gemmologists, Glass workers, and others, as well as metal welders using Acetylene / Oxygen Gas tanks these fuel sources can backfire causing a big blast, and in Acetylene/Oxy case, can blow up the entire shed or workshop!!

Honestly I’m almost certain after he retires his shop would need to find some ways to speed up the process, by a lot, if they don’t want their store shutting down. Lee Miller can make his customer wait due to his name, eventually that’s going to wane away. 5 years is too long your youth would be half gone before you get to wear them.

That is great, isn´t it? We got these true traditional masters, who create things in old way with their hands and yet most common people nowadays spend their fortune on big fashion brands, which are frauds. Hard to believe, but it is the truth. Well, smart people with heatlhy common sense will support true masters, whereas people who don´t mind being ripped off will support brands like Gucci, Armani, Versace and other scam selling terribly expensive stuff with no so good quality. I belong to the minority supporting smaller true masters, because I love myself, my money and want to help people, who strives for quality. Thank you Kirby for another video.
