    I could watch this over and over. Nothing better than seeing the greatest ever at a sport highlights. It really is breathtaking. This guy was made to be the best. Look at his family, nobody is an inch over 6 foot. Out of nowhere Jordan is 6'6, huge hands, freakish athletic talent, determination, work ethic. He has to be the most confident pro sports play I have ever seen as well. Mentally he was so far ahead of everyone as well.

    I don't think anyone has figured out how to accomplish his amazing ability to pull off shots in the air. It's really one of the rarest if not rarest abilities in all of sports. Alot of it has to do with his oversized hands, but his ability to hang in the air is unmatched. After watching this video it is refreshing, cause Kobe is damn good, but we forget how much out of anyones league Jordan was, still today. Noone can match him, without a doubt the greatest of all time.

  • @IMBLUESTREAK23

    Thanks Hoops, you're the best.
    I like watching the first defender who attempts to affect MJ's shot when he drives to the bucket. He's usualy standing with his hands in the air a good 3 or 4 yards from where MJ ends up shooting.

    Michael Jordan is the Sugar Ray Robinson of boxing. Simply the GOAT!!! Jordan like Robinson showed everyone how to excel in their respective sports. There will never be another Michael Jordan just like there'll never be another Sugar Ray Robinson in boxing!!!!!!!!!!!!

    thanks for posting this. To think what he was able to accomplish against that fierce defense is just mind boggling. The defense would just collapse and purposefully collide into him and yet he still found a way to put the ball in the basket. It doesn't seem like todays players face the same challenge.

    2:11-2:20 is just so f***ing amazing. He gets the block, then gets the steal, goes coast to coast, splits the defenders and makes and smooth, effortless layup

    i think what separates MJ from the rest is his ability to adjust his shot. anyone who has ever played ball knows how hard it is to do something different than you were expecting to do. it's that ability that puts him ahead of LBJ and kobe.

    Perfection is correct! He may not be an alien, but he's definitely from a tribe of superior beings! Playing basketball is one thing, but to master the mental and physical capabilities to do what MJ did and what others like him do in their respective professions (e.g. Tiger Woods, Lebron James, Malcolm Gladwell, Oprah, Cornel West, Philip Emeagwali, President Barack Obama, etc.) is simply amazing!

  • @uberathlete
    @uberathlete 14 лет назад

    @promethius1976 True, but I think it's not just that. I think it's the overall efficiency and the completeness of his skill set. MJ is a better mid range shooter, moves better without the ball, and has a better post up game. The diversity of his skill set helps make him all that more efficient.

I hate being subjective about this but this vid puts the full stop, on who is the best of all... so far... there that's as objective as I can be. I better eat my wheaties, drink my gatorade, put my hanes on don't fancy McDonalds though, I'm vego... Oh yeah gotta get dem shoes.

    How can that apply to everyone?????? that there is always someone better. That implys that there is noone that is the best. Which would make no sense. Take tiger woods, I guarantee there is noone in the world that is better than him at what he does. Jordan it might apply to him, cause I'm not convinced there werent some guys who didn't make it to the league that were amazing, but that can't apply to everyone.
