If I could have 1 thing added it would be one of these 2 1.signs with no background that you can place wherever without needing to sink into the walls ( this feature is in planet coaster 2) 2. Squirrel monkey in the next DLC as we desperately need more SA animals XD
That moose is MASSIVE! The view of the enclosure looks great, but I think my favourite is from the raised walkway above the waterfall :) Your log cabin restaurant turned out fantastic as well, I would maybe add some fun pictures / paintings / carvings on the walls before the tour next time.
The beaver was on a mission, which sadly failed xD. Moose are suprisingly rare, even tho they cover most of our planet, so it'll definitely bring some serious traction to the zoo. Regarding the names, I'd pick 'Forrest", a reference to one of my favorite games.

Is Teddy a reference to Theodore Roosevelt and his Bull Moose Party? If so two names for the the restaurant could be Big Stick BBQ or Rough Rider’s Roast.
For the animals I would like frontier to add as a Christmas gift, definitely and outback or down under animal pack with: Short-beaked Echidna Bennetts tree kangaroo Eastern grey kangaroo Bushtail possum Long nosed bandicoot Pademelon Rock wallaby Exhibit: red back spider or inland taipan

I think you should add a shelter/backstage for the moose. It doesn’t need to be usable by the moose it will just add realism
