Welcome to the Letterman RUclips Channel, home to all your favorite clips from Late Night and Late Show - as well as conversations with the writers, producers and performers who helped make it all happen. The language may strike you as quaint & flowery, the clothing comically lacey & ornate - but that’s how things were back in this colorful and now bygone era.

You drove a truck hurt just like I did for 40 years , Athlete’s decades ago played hurt because they got
    One Year contracts ,
Blame the guaranteed contracts that’s why they go out on the DL all the time !
    GUARANTEED CONTRACTS!!!
And Get over crying about why they knocked down the old Yankees Stadium!
The New Yankees Stadium is the same thing directly across the street from the old one !
They won the World Series in 2009 the first year of the new stadium!
They don’t win as much because
Hal Steinbrenner don’t have the burning desire to win like his father George did !!!
Guaranteed Contracts! That’s why they don’t care if they go on the DL for every little thing !
Give them a one year contract and watch them never go on the DL ! Like the old days !!
