Think carefully. Time constraints, breadth of knowledge recall required , personnel substitutions and signaling your own team effectively while its on the field between plays ... lots going on in < 30 seconds. Perhaps too much to be humanly possible. Perhaps Ocam's razor would suggest something else at work???
This was a no-brainer. Everytime Harbaugh seemed to be under one NCAA investigation or another, he'd quickly suspend himself from a few practices to show that he was "really, really sorry." It's obvious that the NCAA fell for this and is now trying to save face.
