My mother, sister, and i got the boarding foils, but i read that cbp will undergo an inspection and may deny us entry. Do you have any idea what the inspection entails?

    Hello,
My wife is currently in Honduras and lost her green card. From what I understand, once she files and pays the fee for the I131A form she'll get a boarding letter to return to the US, is this correct?

Good question. You can try calling USCIS by calling the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283 and asking to speak with a tier 2 officer. We have a video that goes more in depth on this process here: ruclips.net/video/2KI4BpP97JA/видео.html

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your situation. It sounds like you've been through a lot, and I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced. To address your concerns about re-entering the U.S. with your son, the best step would be to schedule a strategy session with Attorney Joseph. He can provide detailed guidance based on the specifics of your case.
Please email us at media@tsangslaw.com to set up a consultation. We're here to help you and look forward to assisting you in getting back on your feet and returning to the United States.
      Best regards and God bless,

Hey Tsang. Can I use I-131A to cross into the States from Mexico through land? If not, what can I do? I have to cross through land because I have my American vehicle with me and I have the vehicle importation permit.

Hi! Sir. My Wife and I had to travel to the Philippines last May 21 to attend our son's wedding and was about to go back to the US yesterday May 29, but need to cancel our flight because my wife's greencard was lost. Checked with the USCIS website and ended up listening to the automated services and got the idea of the need to file form I-131A, so we paid the form fee of $575. We're trying to call the US Embassy and turned out its close since its memorial day. Will that call be able to get us permission to submit the form personally? Or get us an appointment to go there? Will this take some time for my wife to obtain the needed travel document to re-enter the US? Thanks - rene

Hi! Sir. My wife lost her greencard and we're stranded here in Manila, Philippines. She already paid $575 (I131A) and been waiting for 2 weeks now just to get an appointment schedule from the US Embassy to submit the form, still no reply from them given that the embassy is not in its normal operations ( Consulate still closed due to Covid). We're so worried that we loose our jobs back in the US. Instead of waiting for the embassy here in Manila to go back on its normal operations, can me and my wife go to the closest country here in asia where the US Embassy is on normal operations? Can we go to Hanoi, Vietnam US Embassy to submit the form I-131A instead? Maybe send an email to the embassy website and get an appointment from them before flying to Vietnam? Please Sir, we need your advise on the matter. Thank you.

Just keep trying to reach out to them give them calls and let them know you want to get back in the US asap
Also yes this takes time so you will have to be patient so that means you will have to stay in your country for alitle until everything works out and don't worry once you pay the 500 dollers they will have to reach out back to you because it's your right you paid for it
      Hope everything works out

Hi! Sir. Thanks for the reply. We're getting frustrated down here. We are also trying to reach out to our respective employer back home, to approve our extended leave of absence so we dont loose our jobs back home as well. We'll just take Your advise on the matter. More to You Sir👍🏻

@@jlp883 We received an email from the embassy, and gave us a schedule to submit the form I-131A for processing. Thats after waiting for 1 1/2 months. Now, we're waiting for another schedule/release of the travel document from the embassy.

Hi, I have lost my EAD with AP card in India. It is still valid until October 2023. I have contacted USCIS a few times and they asked me submit I-131A form and get a carrier documentation. But on the USCIS website, it says submit I-131A form for only LPR (green hard holders)
