This is how a builder and owner should be..
1stly, kudos to owner.. Simple house but with latest designs.. No grand things like kocha kocha elevation, false ceiling, heavy paintings, etc etc.. Good that, the owner, just like me, is more maintaince conscious, because as he told that he owned a home previous.. so ya experience speaks.. Most young owners mostly dont think about future and then make mistakes and then suffer without maintenance..
2ndly, the builder.. Yaar ya nee.. yedha ketalum, "sqft rate kulave panirlaam sir" nu oru reply.. thookungada indha thangatha.. hope the builder has not compromised with quality.. Wonderful builder..

Even if a builder construct home for himself then it's not possible with 2100 including sump,septic tank,weather course tiles,etc.,
I guess this is to attract business..

It's true what they said in video but hidden secret enna na for 2100/- per sqft la basement plus 3 feet height for G.F but no basement and height for 1st floor but they are receiving G.F amount 2100/- per sqft for first floor that amount adjust for water tank, cool roof tiles ,water sump, driange sump, compound wall gate no one do without profit mono ji this u have generally told in your

@@nishjay16 for G.F foundation and 3 feet height charging 2100 per sqft but for Frist floor no foundation no 3 feet height but they r charging same 2100 per sqft that cost will be adjust for without sqft work like over head water tank , compound wall , gate both sump cool roof tiles
