60 L for a basic home like this in a place like Hosur is very expensive. Roof is too tall. Difficult to maintain. Recessed lights are a headache to change bulbs and maintain. Rooms and bathrooms are too narrow. True construction cost is probably about 30L. Rest is contractor profit.
