very intesting. Question; is pak mei kungfu as well for grounding as tai chi? They are both 'not jumoing'styles. What about wing chun. To me this style is to much concentration in the head. I hope you understand what I mean.

My hip and pelvic were broken year ago I can't walk and my bones are still broken how can chi help my legs despite of not walking
There is benefit to moving your body and energy by doing tai chi sitting down. You don't have to stand up.
My chi used to be very strong and now it is nothing.
You must keep moving.
