The thing about Malaysians is you just cannot assume they don’t speak or understand your mother tongue. I understand Malay, English, Tamil and Cantonese so I often find myself in uncomfortable situations when people just talk freely around me 😂
I’m a Grab driver … whenever a passenger brings in a cat, I will decline … I have had enough of fur and bad smell lingering in my car so much so that I had to clean it and air it out the whole day … otherwise, the next passenger will complain and I will be banned by Grab for failing to maintain my car … so, cat lovers please understand do not bring your cat inside taxi or e hailing … give some thoughts to the drivers ; we don’t earn much and if we have to take a day off to clean the car, it’s cost to us and at the same time we are unable to utilize the car …
My husband is a grab driver too. And he’s a cat lover too. Not even once he’s being banned or received complaint from the next passenger. Stop being judgemental!
