Damn this is great, honestly, I think what most have been looking for is an extended remix WITHOUT the vocals. The vocals are awesome in the original song, so it is relatively unbeatable from the original piece.

He was easily my favorite optional boss in any cRPG. When I heard his voice actor doing the lyrics, (and hope's VA doing the bridge lines), I was blown away. Especially because if you beat him before finishing everyone else, his lyrics abruptly stop and don't come back during the fight. Such a dynamic little piece of flavor.
Not only that...if you cast silence on him he won't sing. It's so damn good

raphael is a bit to quiet in this version the music takes over his voice which kinda ruins it a bit for me

Sadly, I think in order to hide the original instrumentals it couldn't have been too loud.
If the voice was balanced this would the definitive version, I love that it grabs and doesn't let go
I am playing the game wife gets inside the room, music plays I feel goosebumps, my wife gets hooked told her why I am in hell , stays for the whole fight in the end just me and Raphael music is on the crescendo I crit smite him with last spell slot and music ends perfectly. Best 60 euros. My wife started her own save file
This has an element of desperation I didn’t hear from the original. As much as I love the original version, I feel like this knocked it out of the park. It’s more impactful to me, and I can’t wait to hear the remake you have planned based on your pinned post.

Raphael is such a perfect example of why it's so good to have multiple competing villains, ESPECIALLY when you the player can be one of those villains. Fighting Raphael felt like those Clone Wars episodes where Dooku, Ventress and Savage all fought each other, or when Sidious fought Maul and Savage. Villains are often the story's most interesting characters. So seeing them go head to head is always one for the goddamn ages. My Durge vs Raphael felt like what happens when two unstoppable forces crash into each other.

It's perfect but the Organ isn't shining as it does in the original, and the chorus is also a bit pushed to the side with the strong music. But apart from that it's great. Though, it'd be impeccable if you adjusted those details.

The music is beautiful the vocal of raphael and female vocal should be a little amplify louder and organ should also be as well to blend and also i would love to see this be turned into a full 3 minute song of this. But ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR PIECE 💋
I need a version without the lyrics so I could use it as a boss fight in my actual campaign. Might confuse my players to hear raphael singing in the background 😂

@@LordHeartNightThis uses the Audio Extracted from the Original along with my arrangement. Hence it would not be ethical to upload on streaming services.
Although there are plans to redo this i sadly haven't found the time. Hopefully I'll be able to make an even better version of this soon with proper vocals that can do the track justice.

How to ruin a masterpiece
more instruments =/= more epic. this just sounds like WAY too much going on at once and not all of it seems properly balanced volume-wise.

i never liked the lines "Doomed, Detected and Caught" so after hearing the song abit i think this works better maybe? "Your plan, defective and flawed" to me this change suggest Raphael was waitinga nd new youd go to the room where the big finale starts and his overconfidence has falsely assured him you are going to die! finally the last part "this house of hope, consumed" i hated that so i changed it to "this house of hope, your tomb!" as to show you the player his overconfidence in your death being inevitable that he is willing to tell you that his home will be where your body remains in state.
"This house of hope, your tomb" is already the original lyrics
