@ Alishba. The forties is a time of major transformation in life. Youth has escaped and old age is still far away. One has accumulated enough experience and knowledge to develop a bigger picture of the world and our lives and roles in it. However, few have the taste or capacity to develop that introspection. You are fortunate to have it and use it to reflect upon yourself and contemplate your future. Best of luck. Make the best of the brief time we are given here. Sir, i m 80 years old. your analysis about " Beauty of old age" is good and you have very good suggestions but you have over sighted the aspect of Islam like in old age at least one must prepare himself for return journey as such he should keep himself busy in attending religious gathering like Tabligh etc. His mind will be satisfied as well he will be physically fit bzs there is no best exercise other than Nimaz. Try it you will enjoy good sleep and peace of mind too.

I think beside your good advices I being a muslim at the age of 65 feel quiet young in my activities. I sleep after Isha prayers and get up too early before Fajar prayers. I enjoy holy Quran by reciting and listening from various Qari of different sounds.. If I watch drama and singing it sounds very bad because it is devilous. Kalongi is best item for healthy living.. I take dinner after Msghrib prayers. My both sons sent me and my wife for Umra Maa sha Allah their chilren are our good time pass
He already mentioned that keep balance in life. Now he can't make everyone's daily schedule of namaz and Quran. He's just telling basic rules to spend old age positively and gracefully.

Now over a dozen times the Earth has circled the Sun since, and my life has been getting better by the day Alhamdulillah. The key is to carry less baggage. Physical as well as emotional, Be free, love others or at least do not hate them. and be grateful for everything for as long as air flows through our lungs.

Good advice dr sab. Keep it up. My humble opinion is , please relate your advices with Deen too. Video is beautiful then it works be excellent. Although you elaborate it according to Islam but without any tag or reference. Please dont advice any disputed mtter like songs or video watching Time is prcious not to be wasted in such fruitless things. Stay Blessed ameen
