This is perfect! Honestly, I never knew about this song (the original and this version) until Cam & Mitchell's wedding on Modern Family. God, it's beautiful! Claire's speech, the wedding, this music in the background -- made me sob. There's something so poignant about this piece of music, it simply moves people. Love it so much, I keep listening to it!
