I love watching these videos. You have so much more in depth information and I do watch it all. They are just long enough to keep my attention. You are very through as well by showing us your mistakes and then voice over the fix. I cannot wait to get my G3 with the cloning function. This tool will help bring a lot of business to me. The competition is already closing in on me. A new young guy that's been fixing cars at his fathers shop for years is taking it over and he has years of experience with new electronics and once he sets his eyes on these tools, I mind as well just stick with walmart. I hate my life there and I need change. I'm barely paying bills and I'm unable to finish the house with this income.
Just purchased from u awesome tool.How do you get 13.5v from power source do you offer a different power adapter sure will be nice to have a higher voltage.
Thanks.. 13.5v was me troubleshooting to find a solution to the problem, it's not necessary in this case as I fully tested with the included 12v adapter for the DC706 and it works flawlessly, we will be offering adjustable adapters shortly on our site GlobalCommerceCA.com

That was one of the first things I explained in the video.. watch at least the first 5 minutes of this video for the answer
