Very nice video. I see you dug into wood like butter. What kind of wood is that. Is it Bass? I had a piece of oak. I tried your technique. My wood was splintering instead of cutting. Either the wood is too hard, or my Loew Cornell 12 pc set is not sharp enough. Now, I'll have to find sharpening tools.

I could see that these tools would be a great benefit I my bowl turning for reliefs on the outside.
