    I have been following your channel since few years. It's very informative and the efforts you put in are very much appreciated. Thank you.
    I was looking to update my understanding of crown down tech. The RUclips search landed at this video amongst a few others at the top.
    I humbly request you to kindly update the crown down tech part.

    Hii Ma'am, Excellent video.... Explained in simplified way ... Expecting more videos .... I expect more detail explanation how to use torque n speed for rotary instruments as well How to operate Endomotor??

    Hi Doctor great explanation. With rotary files such a protaper, I find the sx orifice opening file helps tremendously and avoids use of a gates gladden, a must for anyone who is regularly performing root canal therapy. I noticed during your crown down technique you are actually using the gates glidden in a step-back fashion. Do you ever begin with a larger sized gates glidden and then proceed to a smaller size? (starting with size 3 and working your way to size 1 from coronal to apical direction)

    Why not to use H-master file instead of K when smoothing canal walls during end of Step-Back technique?

    • @adrianmierzwa3238
      @adrianmierzwa3238 2 года назад +9

      H file has a sharp cutting point. In apical 1/3 we can have a curve. H files are only for straight part of a canal (mostly in 2/3 coronal part and never pushed forward with force), because otherwise it CAN (not must) produce a ledge. So it's better to not use it to achive good success rate. K file is much safer and gentle instrument and can be used in curves.

    Does the procedure you described here remove infection in accessory canals? I don't see how it would do that.

    appreciate your explanation DR. However, I have a question regarding to reaming motion. When should we start doing reaming motion? does it start once the file insert to the root canal or once it reach the WL?

    Mam when we are using larger size files such as 35 , 40 ,45 then in between we have to recapitulate with 35 and 40 size files only or with master apical file?
