    INGREDIENTS- POTATO STUFFING:
    -6 medium sized Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
    -1/2 cup Onions, finely chopped
    -2 to 3 Green Chilis, finely chopped
    -2 to 3 T Mint Leaves, finely chopped
    -1/4 cup Cilantro, finely chopped
    -2.5 tsp. Salt
    -1/4 tsp. Red Chili Powder
    -1.5 tsp. Garam Masala
    -1 tsp. Amchur Powder
    -1.5 tsp. Chaat Masala
    INGREDIENTS- WHOLE WHEAT DOUGH:
    -3 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    -2 to 2.5 cups Water, (added slowly as needed)
