@@020matrix Retired Boilermaker local28 NJ. Can you pass a side bend test or an Xray? Again you are a really good flat welder. I started welding way back in the 1983, MIG TIG as well as SMAW. Oh I forgot submerged arc welding too.
I think there is terminology issues here as in the USA anyway we have a type of welder that is truly pulse welding. The welder itself pulses the frequency for you so that less heat is put into the steel but you get full fusion. It’s not anything the welder does, just the machine. It’s tough to master but once done is a nice tool to use for certain types of welding like x-rayed welds.
Probably because welding tutors at school give out to you for anything but a straight push. The don’t like Es or Cs etc. I use this technique from time to time and it does give a good weld without undercut.
Spray transfer continuously drops molten metal across the arc, in pulse transfer the stream is not continuous. The welding machine rapidly switches the welding output between high peak currents and low background current. When set correctly there should be no “sizzle” just a buzzing sound. Pulse MIG and Double pulse works extremely well on welding aluminium.
OMG thats gotta be the bestest flat weld ever, you are a welding gawd.
you clearly cannot weld ;-) this is a normal weld on a verry clean peace of metal in a easy position.
So the weld should normaly look like this!

Synergic mig/mag welding
Looks like a good bead to me.😎😎😎
Need to put some weld profile gauges on them welds!!!
Exelent weld!! The netherlands.
Good weld,hallo from holland.
Pakek kawat ukuran berapa boss
Beautiful weld. None of the internet stacking beads that are so popular right now, but ultimately weaker.
Necesito más pero en Español,soy cubano,

True
Good 👍
Nice video
Am i the only one seeing nothing more than spray transfer, slight undercut at the leg, too flat by a couple mm, and some pretty rough grinding?
Exactly

I don’t get why do push when pull get you better penetration. I want maximum penetration.
Mach das seid über 30 Jahren. Und wo soll das Geheimnis Liegen ???
I assumed this video was going to explain what the title said. No?
Ewm phoenix pulse 350 , solid wire
@@migstickwelder1992 muchas gracias 👊🏻
Wouldn't pass the welding inspection due to under cut on the vertical plate!!!
EWM is a king!
@@BMRStudio yes 😎
❤❤
Wire will be 1mm I am sure I use to teach young lads doing this
beefy weld!!!!
Nice welding shame there is no connection to the (clickbait) title.
an EWM with super pulse does not need that ,,, just weld it.
Co2 and argon Gas
Yes
Forehand has less penetration, and that's 1/2 inch plate. So pretty, but no.
1/2 inch? lol
It showed in the video 8mm. For you in the standard land that would be 5/16 not 1/2
@@larryfoster423 Yeah, I was wrong.
click bait? where is the answer to why in the title
Keby si ťahal tak by si mal pekný zvar ale si sipkoval a si spravil zapáli na sväté to je hrubá chýba zvárača trupka
what is MAG ? Difference between MIG?
The gas used
@@per.kallberg it's the same filler wire to use?
@@KaFarmerJM I think you can use some wires in both but definitely not all.
MIG: inert gas so only argon MAG: active gas so c25 or c8 (25% co2 75% argon and 8% co2 92% argon)
Job number 9?
@@ravensflair i think this was on 180
It’s easy when u have ewm hahah
True 😎
нормально эвм кладёт на двойном пулсе:;
you dont because this machine not chep 😂
Belle soudure mais mauvaise
Und über was sprechen?? Was über puls frequenz.........
Nessuno ne parla perche è una saldatura MAG
my old ass MM350P i got off marketplace for $900 does better than that
You need a darker lens on your camera
Nice welding
