@@karenavery3672 hi Karen, thank you 🧡…on the trays I only resin over the top of the pour, the bottom. I don’t resin the sides and/or the top of the tray.
Louise, I am always impressed with the "softness" you have when blowing out your works of art...you have such a knack for knowing just where to pull out paint, to fill in even just a small void, that always adds to your completed work. Girl, I'm sure you found your "pathway" in life, especially artistically 😊 and your teaching ability, adds to your skills...Thanks for another beautiful piece of artwork! 🤗☺❤
Thank you so much, 😘😘Jude for always your well thought out and very humbling and complimenting comments. I only just started this just over three years ago after I stopped working when I was in manufacturing. I did a major left turn there, but I don’t regret any of it for a second and yes, I do think I’m on the pathway. I’m supposed to be on here. we’ll see where this brings me🧡
Beautiful sign for your Washington DC event, Louise! Blow out? Lot's of hot air there! We enjoyed the tutorial and the beauty you created. Gorgeous piece!
Thank you, David and Kathy, it’s Louise here by the way😘😉minus the Marie! I appreciate you being here and leaving your kind words, even the hot air that was cool😅
This is gorgeous, Louise. It's such a pretty color pallette. I have a tray that I'd like to try this on. This looks like it would be a beautiful wall art. Great job. Thanks for sharing your talent with us. It's so appreciated.
Hi was interested to see how you added depth to the tray. All along, I was wondering how you would achieve neatness at the edges - and now I know! I loved your color palette and the detail you added with the straw. Stunning! ❤
It's a gorgeous tray! I liked how the colors turned out. I'm happy to report that the river has gone down. There are several trees that have been undermined sevierly. The city is going to hire on an arborist. My hope is that they can take down a few of these elms that have dry rot on the inside.
Thanks Ozwald😘 glad to hear the river has receded, too bad about some of the trees that unfortunately will probably have to be removed. Mother Nature rules!
Very nice. Please explain why u needed to add more white to the sides. Also I’ve seen you measure the depth of the paint, but can’t recall u telling us how deep the paint shld be????
Thank you, Francine, it can be used for anything. The resin on here is food grade food safe. It probably should be wiped clean since it is with the wood but a little water probably won’t hurt it if it’s just moistened, cleaned and then dried.

I am subscribed and still wondering if you also resined the handles.

Thank you🧡 I needed to add more paint because I didn’t have enough. 1/32“ is ideal depth to assure no cracking
Beautiful Louise... 💕
It's beautiful. Can you place food on this, or is this strictly just for carrying items? Also, is it washable or should it just be wiped clean?
Thank you, Francine, it can be used for anything. The resin on here is food grade food safe. It probably should be wiped clean since it is with the wood but a little water probably won’t hurt it if it’s just moistened, cleaned and then dried.
I would have come to see you in person but can’t afford it. Did you resin the unpainted areas too? It looks like it.
Thank you, Karen, 🧡I understand. On the trays, I always resin the entire tray.
