From what I know about both 47 and John Wick, both of them are evenly matched, both are masters of their trades, with only a slight edge going to 47 due to his heightened metabolism for fast healing and his heightened senses for occupational proficiency due to the perfect crispr-like custom DNA.

i'm very happy for this Hitman Explored video, ive been an avid fan since the mid 2000s and have beaten many of the games though i didn't know half of this lore, thank you. (now i know i need to go and actually play Bloodmoney and Codename 47 since i have never gotten around to them)
Before Hitman was released in 2007 many rumours pointed to Vin Diesel as the main character in the movie but turns out to be just rumours. Many will be excited to see Vin Diesel as the bald super assassin. But Vin Diesel is not suitable for the character because he was too bulky and would be too slow for a tactical moves that needed for the main character that is I would say a bald John Wick in disguise. Jason Statham would be much better choice.

Honestly the 2007 movie was good for a video game adaptation, seeing that most adaptations blow ass. My biggest issue with the movie was 47's origin. In the movie he isnt a clone at all, just an orphan picked up by the "agency" and he just so happened to be better at it than the others. That's the biggest problem for obvious reasons. In the games hes the best BECAUSE of being a perfect possible clone of a human, and also being genetically enhanced to borderline super human status in certain aspects. The movie doesnt do 47 justice as far as his backstory. Everything else about the 2007 movie however wasn't bad, I thought it was relatively entertaining.
As much as I see it Agent 47 is complete professional. If he is after you, you will not know it and strange, but lethal accident happens. If he is not after you he will leave restricted premises with apology of ignorance.

The hitmen meeting one another in a circle with guns at the ready reminds me of that scene of Genie (voiced by the late, great comedic genius, Robin Williams) in the 3rd Aladdin film where he's portraying an entire swat team in a "code red" situation filling a room with weapons all over the place aimed at all angles at Cassim, the king of thieves and he replies "do not attempt to move or we'll be shooting ourselves!" That thought alone makes me laugh despite how serious this Agent 47 scene is attempting to be, LOL. ...Fuck, remembering Robin brings tears to my eyes... I can relate to his personal struggles on such a deep level.... No one could make me laugh as hard as he did and still does (except for maybe George Carlin, but Robin will always be #1 with George at position #2 for my personal "best comedian ever till the end of time" list).
Hes not so much as a bad guy but a fairly good hearted clone guy capable of doin BAD things.. if he wants you dead... your history BUT if his job is to protect you you wont be in much danger for long. No bodyguard quite like an elite world class Assassin

Hes not so much as a bad guy but a fairly good hearted clone guy capable of doin BAD things.. if he wants you dead... your history BUT if his job is to protect you you wont be in much danger for long.
