Sounds like you need carbs but just not to much.
We are countries who export rice. Rice prices are now sky rocketing, therefore we are happy if you avoid rice consumption. Save those rices for the poor. To be honest, do you stop purchasing rice ?!.
Or don’t count carbs, just don’t eat any
wtf
😂
Avoid carbs at all costs.
“The risk of incident diabetes among individuals with a low-carbohydrate diet was not significantly different from that of individuals with a high-carbohydrate diet: the pooled RR was 1.03 (95% CI, 0.91-1.16).
Conclusion: Low-carbohydrate diets did not show any benefit on the risk of diabetes.”

Yeah... If you're an inactive person. If you sit on your rear all day and don't exercise then yeah. But carbs are a necessary macronutrient for energy.
