I just bagged my Camry last night and I used ur video. I cannot say how perfect ur video was. U gave step by step instructions and explained everything perfectly. From every little detail u made sure everything was explained. Thanks so much. I’m in Texas as well.
Hey man just curious but when you had your bc coils did you have the full coilover set up with coils in front and back or did you go with the more stock set up with the shock and spring being separate
Hey, I had springs on this car. But on my Z I had the spring bucket version. I believe it rides more smooth compared to the true coilover setup. But that's just my opinion.
Is your airlift strut bouncy? Because for mine, no matter what damper settings or air pressure I can’t seem to get the ride comfortable. Airlift sent me new ones under warranty and same bounce. Super annoying
@@patrickcarter5120 I gave up on the airlift air strut and rebuilt my old air strut lol it’s either the shock or bag design flaw. I would contact airlift and let them know it’s bouncy.
@@normwrapz821 im riding where the shock is at mid stroke height and the recommended air pressure from the manual is what I went for. I bought D2 front air struts and they ride better.
Is it better to get a air lift to just to get regular lift like springs, coils, bags etc etc? Like if I get regular am I able to change the suspension or not?
Airlift is a brand of air suspension. Personally I will install bags on every car I own from this point forward. It's kinda pricey, but the convenience, is unbeatable.
@@baboyz33 so with Airlift I am able to change the suspension of the car and make that pssssh sound? Do you know if it’s hard to maintain? Sorry I don’t know much about suspensions
@@gilgamesh4995 yeah, it does all that, you can raise the car very high to get over bumps and stuff. Or air out completely and make it sit on the floor. It's very easy to maintain, all that's really needed is draining the air tank every few months.
@@baboyz33 how much was yours? If you don’t mind me asking I’m planning to get it but idk much about it I just want to control my suspension from up and low I don’t want any fancy air lift
@@gilgamesh4995 I paid 3200. But as of last month they raised their prices like 15%. What car are you wanting to put these on? If you have IG I get notifications faster. @markiepo0h
Looking to do this on a Camry that I’m eyeing and having second thoughts about it because I don’t want to get rid of the spare tire nor do I want to sacrifice that much trunk space.
You don't have to get rid of the spare tire, it's just what I did. And there's still a lot of room, and I can load a full shopping cart of groceries inside without any issues, fit my 4T jack with a bunch of tools no issues as well. If you k ow someone with a bagged camry in person, check it out.
Each compressor will come with a black ground, I normally run it to the battery. I'm not sure about the amps, but there is a 30a fuse on each harness. So it'll blow if it goes above that.
Sorry for the late reply, I believe the se & xse is different. But once you speak to your local vendor they should be able to get the correct kit that fits your car

Great to hear!
Thank you for doing this.
Amazing detail good job
What did you end up doing with your fender liners? Remove them completely or cut them in the middle.
Kept them all, no issues.
When you ran the lines from the back did you have to drill into the spare tire well for the airlines?
There's is a rubber grommet you can pull out, it already has a hole you can run your lines through.
For the struts, use an offset wrench with an Allen key they are nice to use.
I didn't have that wrench, I'll def look into That now for future installs. lol
@@baboyz33 hey there great video, I have a Toyota camry 2015. And I want to install the airmaxx air bags. Is it possible? Thanks

Yes, it's really stiff feeling even though I've had my dampening all the way to soft. Pretty annoying :(
Mine too. It’s super bouncy
@@patrickcarter5120 I gave up on the airlift air strut and rebuilt my old air strut lol it’s either the shock or bag design flaw. I would contact airlift and let them know it’s bouncy.
When I had bags previously they were bouncy if you have a lot much air in the strut.
@@normwrapz821 im riding where the shock is at mid stroke height and the recommended air pressure from the manual is what I went for. I bought D2 front air struts and they ride better.
Hi what air suspension kit are you using? looks like a good brand
It's the Airlift 3P system
Did you run the airstrut lines underneath or also with the 2 harness?
I ran them underneath the car with the brake lines/fuel lines or wherever you think its safe.

Where did you ground the compressors at?
Also, how many amps does each one draw?
Great share by the way!

Is this air lift same for the 2019 se

How much was the kit?
I paid 3200 I believe for the kit.
3P 3/8s with 2 compressors.

Do it! You won't regret it!
How much was your set up?
Got it on sale before they raised the prices, it was I think 3200 with 2 comps.
Thanks bro
hi im stuck at the rear stock strut, there is not enough clearant to remove the bolt of the stock strut
helllp pls
You have to wiggle your socket & wrench in there. It's at an awkward position but it'll fit!!
What are the torque specs to tighten everything
I believe the torque specs are in the installation guide. But I tighten it a little more than that to be safe. Lol
Would this fit a 2018 Toyota Camry XSE?
Yep. Just make sure you tell your vendor year, make &model and they should be able to send you the right kit.
Were can I get this bagsss pls
Where can I buy this ?
