If we're going with personality here, like I basically default to as someone also is barely attracted to people, then I must admit that I'm surprised Frost ended up in "Smash" rather than "Smash (with a Rock)". I don't find Frost particularly good-looking even if she's not physically ugly either, but her (NRS) personality is the real deal-breaker since she's just...abhorrent and pathetic. Hell, next to Frost, Mileena looks downright stable given it's been shown through Tanya that Mileena can respond to positivity with positivity; Frost just responds to positivity with envy, haughtiness, paranoia, and self-delusion.
(NRS) Frost is basically fem Rain but as a not-as-good-looking cyborg. Do not want. I'd rather sex Cyrax even since he's at least a decent person.

As for the women, the only passes would be Kronika, D’vorah and MK11 Sheeva (all her other looks, especially her 2011 alt-costume, are smashable).
Edit: in terms of personality, I’d pass on Tanya, Skarlet and Mileena, especially childish reboot Mileena. Basically, pass on any unrepentant evil woman.

Shang Tsung well OF COURSE!
