7 bucks for a mango is robbery, even the most expensive Indian mango (Alphonso) costs about 4 bucks a piece or so. Also provided it's a Florida mango it shouldn't probably cost more than 2 bucks a piece.
2 bucks is what you'll find Tommy's in a publix selling for. For a top tier variety being sold directly by a small orchard, I don't think $7 is too outrageous. Obviously it's a treat, and not a fruit you can eat every day.
