    Prakhar ji - As ever - brilliant review! No other person puts in as much effort as you do! I have a humble request for you to please cover M3M 89 low rise project. There are many people who have made a video on that project. But, I will be waiting to see your detailed review on that project. Please please cover that project. That project has a unique concept and I will be really interested if M3M brings a similar concept to the Dwarka expressway!

    This is the second time, Prakhar, that I am thanking you for your fantastic effort and such meaningful video productions. Please keep up the good work.
    I have a suggestion. This Dwarka Expressway will be crossing the Delhi Gurgaon border, perhaps somewhere after Sector 113/114. There would be a toll junction also probably. Can you please make a video of the proposed toll junction. We are keen to know if, and how, such toll junction would impact the traffic flow on the Expressway.

    Great coverage as usual, Prakhar. Please keep updating the residents of the area as to what is coming nearby, without considering your critics and the negative comments. As a comparison, these reviews serve as a pedastal for the new home buyer to be better informed before one ventures out for a site visit. The location, facilities nearby and the approach in the future are amongst the key features one looks for. Next comes the builder's credibility and the state of their delivered projects, which is a marker for things to come after 8-10 years. Your reviews are good in delivering a composite exposure through a video that can be sen from the comfort of one's home. After all, one has to visit and negotiate with the builder reps personally at the end, Prakhar cannot substitute for you. Keep up the good work, Prakhar..

    One issue no one talks about is that pollution is more when houses are bang on next to an expressway e.g. houses next to Dwarka flyover get lot of pollution due to vehicles.

    Request to Management, please don't get carried away by the success of M3M 113 and other such projects. Abide by guidelines, and let Merlin be a oneoff mistake. Correct that mistake, pay the penalty, and retain a good image in the market.

    Prakhar ji - how are they allowed to make 30+ floors so close to the airport ? It is not allowed in Dwarka or west delhi due to airport proximity? And what about the noise from flights since it is so close to the runway ?

    If you can share your knowledge on IT Corporate planned on sector 114 115.
    Also as in this Vedio we can see buildings near around IICC. Is there such plan that Delhi will also have corporate Business in next to IICC.

      Hey Vijay ji, these things would be part of Phase 2 of IICC, more like an upgraded version of Aero City. This entire belt of Delhi and Gurgaon would have various Govt and Corporate Offices. Since Delhi Side is closer to airport so one won't see tall buildings there but in Gurgaon side we will see sky touching buildings more like an upgraded version of Golf Course Road.

    Price expensive hai 3.5 BHK. No doubt about it. Almost Rs.11,000 per square ft. Is this the going rate of Dwarka expressway now Prakhar ji?

      Sir, till how much time do you want me to keep exhausting my savings, I alread did it for many years. I do ask important questions but if developers do not want to answer them then it doesn't mean I will leave out the opportunity to showcase a good project. I do whatever best I can.

    What is the nearest entry / exit on main carraigeway from M3M Capital sector 113 ?
    If we are coming from delhi side , do we exit on surface road at delhi border itself ?
    Similarly if we are going towards gurgaon from 113 , where do we enter the main carrigeway ?
    I could not figure out from map or may have missed in your video.

    Without any SEZ and corporate parks, office spaces.. Dwarka expressway will be just like Greater Noida, nothing else. job location always matters for growth of any location. As of now, no SEZ announced by govt. So Delhi abhi bahut door hai.. 2040

      I really like what you said. Let's together witness the history getting created here. When I started the followup way back in 2016 people said Dwarka Expressway is dead, this road will never get made. Here we are today :)

      I beleive Global City announced by HR Govt. is kind of SEZ with biiger aim. We need to see if it will come up and how early..
      Also I am still wondering if 114 and 115 r getting any corporate project. As all developer are selling SCO. If most land will be sold as SCO then I really doubt white color job coming up.

      Joginder ji, out of more than 450 videos I would have just made 20 property videos and you have a problem with that. Well I have worked hard for it for all these years to grow it and why shouldn't I use it to publicize the area.
