  • Hello everyone, welcome back to the channel. Heres one of my latest creations from the workshop.
My fascination with the concept artwork from movies continues with this Cantwell Class Arrestor Cruiser.
Recently pulled from the archives, redesigned and put on screen for the series Andor.
This particular version follows, as closely as possible, the original concept design by the legendary Colin Cantwell .
It's finished length is 34 inches, and it is made from cut acrylic sheet.
In this video i show you how i made it, and examples of other builders own modelling work on this kit.
I designed this kit specifically for the builder to add their own detailing and make each one truly unique version of this iconic design.
Thanks for checking it out everyone. Happy modelling. Here are a few links to things featured in this video. If you are interested in a kit for yourself, just drop me a line at

Hi. Thanks for the info. Stefan Hacker has done his with a Zvezda as a pair and they seem to work pretty well together. This is definitely a fair bit longer with its massive nose, as you say. Cheers for checking it out.

Looks very 2001 rather than Star Wars...makes you wonder if you would have accepted it as old school Star Wars if they used it in the 1977 film. Probably.
Thinking the front dish could be swapped out for a cockpit or observation lounge.
