@@emma7933 if I recall correctly, after the girls are done telling their stories of dangerous monsters, something happens and 3/4 of them start rapidly transforming into the monsters from one of the stories. I don't recall any warning for it, and due to the uncanny nature of bratz animation it was super frightening, with the implication that they jad only hung out with (I believe it was jade) to try and hunt her. I remember at the end all of them wander off into the streets to continue the cycle of terror. Jade possibly having been turned into one of them??? Missed opportunity if ever I’ve seen one.
ok but the Bratzillaz not getting their own movie was the biggest missed opportunity of all... a Bratzillaz movie was all I ever wanted when the dolls came out
The best way to watch these movies is to watch it specifically to dump on it. Every single one of these movies is a trip. The best bratz movie isn’t even on here, which is bratz babies save Christmas. That movie really has everything. The mob. Santa. Someone who’s forcibly assigned Santa as a kin. Orphans. Road chases. The best time I ever had watching these movies was last night with a friend where I noticed Chloe’s hair glitching out in rock angelz and a hotel room in forever diamonds being a static image that visibly warped when the camera angle changed
Sleepover Adventure or whatever the flup it was called chills me to this day. These four innocent girls are trapped as monsters in a time loop with no interiors or daylight. Just eternal torture forever. And ever. With no escape, the world moves on without them. I mean, as a young'un I only cared that Chloe was caught up in this mess, but still!
I remember watching Super Babies and thinking, "wait, girls don't watch superhero shows!" Says the same five-year-old girl who watched the entirety of Young Justice, Justice League Unlimited, and Ben 10 Alien Force several times over.
By the time Bratz was at its peak popularity, I was in high school, so this is my first time encountering anything related to the franchise. I have zero context and yet I sense that all of these reviews are 100% spot-on.
I was never really into Bratz-never had the dolls, never watched the movies (didn’t even know there were any tbh)-I just remember having a Bratz video game that was on the GameCube. I couldn’t tell you anything about the plot of that game, other than it was about their band I think. It took place in a mall. Everything that you needed, everywhere you needed to go, and everyone you needed to talk to were all in random obscure places that were hard to find-especially since I didn’t have a map and the mall was stupidly big and way too detailed for a GameCube game. Anyway, that game was about as surreal as these movies sound, and I’m living for it, tbh

I have a vivid memory of watching the Bratz movie about the Bratz convincing their grandmother to make a potato feast, and when the potato aliens disguise themselves, they are forced to watch helplessly as their brethren are mercilessly slaughtered at the hands of the grandmother. They then ran away and turned themselves into rats. I think in the last scene they were trying to make a comeback with the help of a delivery guy. And that is all I remember from that movie.
I can't believe I remember watching all of these movies, I didn't even have the DvD's for them. They just used to air them a lot on TV in the UK and for some reason on Boomerang of all places? Same with the Barbie movies too. But even both of those series of movies made me who I am today.

The most vivid memories I have watching it with my sister are the episodes where the Tweevils yell about how their noses got broken, the boss eating a cheeseburger and getting super huge (YES THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED), and a plot where one of the Bratz and the boss was in a dog food factory being turned into dog food (yeah, what the heck). Honestly, yeah it can be cringy at some points but I grew up with the entire franchise (love them so much) and I can't stop listening to the diamonds, FASHION PIXEZ, GENIE MAGIC, AND ROCK OF ANGELS PLAYLIST!
I never was really scared of them when I watched them. Even the sleepover one with the monsters at the end. And I'm probably the only one who was never scared of the potato aliens.
1:19 - Kind of like how Ridley Scott's "Robin Hood" (starring Russel Crowe) was a boring 2.5 hour political drama / origin story. He doesn't "become" Robin Hood until like, the last 2 minutes of the film, and the movie ends with "and thus the legend of Robin Hood begins"
6:31 i was actually thinking about this movie last night for some reason, lol and personally, out of all of the movies, this was one of the ones I enjoyed the most. Other then the creepy alien potatoes, it just felt so wholesome, with the four girls pretending so he superheroes, before actually turning into superheroes, rather than, i don’t know going clothes and/or shoe shopping, or doing something that involves fashion, like they usually do. It just felt more goofy and silly than the other movies, especially their superpowers and like I said before, no heavy involvement on fashion or makeup, heck, even the superheroes, well the Super Buds aren’t fashion themed. Plus the alien potato villains were also kind of goofy and silly. I feel as though this movie featured them acting like actual babies and had sort of a Rugrats approach, rather than just making them act like tiny women, which I like, as it sort of gives the impression that you don’t have to grow up to fast and just bedside you’re a girl, doesn’t mean you have to fit in a box and strictly be into things like like fashion, makeup, shoes, etc you can also find interest in things like superhero movies/comics and stuff and I wish they did it more often. Maybe they could’ve had them go into a video game world, like a Wreck it Ralph, type of movie, the only other movie that actually had them acting like babies was ‘Bratz Babyz Save Christmas’ I also think the fact that they had their hair down when they actually became superheroes was symbolism for that
Most memorable Bratz moment for me was when they were designing their logo and flipped the 'z' for a better look. At ~7 I was blown away they could even do that. Loved them so much I had a Bratz TV table, radio and fairy floss maker. Good times.
I remember some Bratz movie from when I was younger. It was like… they were all small children.. but their was something about roller skating? And I remember some huge mall scene? I have no idea, but now I need to know which one it was, I need to rewatch it for that nostalgia
The only Bratz thing I remember watching was a 2D animation, don’t know whether it was an episode or a movie, where the baby Bratz had pets and went to a mall and some jerk kid stole their pets and they had to get them back. I remember I loved it a lot for some reason? I can’t remember what it was called though, please do more of these with the Bratz and include the one I talked about if you can.
Bratz Babyz: The Movie! That’s what it was called! And it was only one friend who had a pet, the summary is so fucking funny: Four girls must teach a bully a lesson after the lad steals a puppy from their friends. Like, the brats are not named there but the bully is called ‘the lad’ and that’s just, wild to me
@@MissEarthling No he had an actual name, I looked the movie up and he, he had a name. I don’t know why they called him the lad in the summary, like????
I bought this movie on my ipad when I was 11. This movie is permanently on my old ipad. also "the lad" looks so much like gru I was convinced it was his origin story.
Bratz Kidz Sleep-Over Adventure traumatized me so heavily as a kid OMG. And somehow, despite KNOWING I watched it when I was younger because of the vivid memories I had, I never heard about it past like the second grade. I was convinced I had a very specific Bratz-themed nightmare until this video. Vindication!!!
Man, I remember when I was a toodler, the Genie Magic was my goddamn favorite movie of the whole world haha I watch it so many times, even I had the freaking doll of Meygan lmao I don't remember what happened with that doll but I remember that I freaking love it so much, how nostalgic.
As a kid i vaguely remember watching this one Bratz movie, it was one of the Bratz baby movies, though i can't remember what it was called. All i can remember from it was that it took place in a shopping mall and a major plot point was one of the girls had to pee themself for some escape plot (I think? the group had to escape or something and that was the plan they came up with) and that scene had weirded me out as a kid so I never watched it again, or any of the Bratz movies. probably for the better, they looks creepy as hell
That scene in bratz super babies where the grandma cooks up a bunch of potato dishes and gives it to the potato aliens always made me crave mashed potatoes and French fries as a kid. Also it was my favorite bratz movie, like I rewatched it constantly for a period of time. I don’t know what’s wrong with me
i just realised that byron powell was supposed to be simon cowell and my life is changed forever well....at least he's a decent dude in the bratz universe
bratz super babyz is literally nightmare fuel i thought it was a fever dream for so long. i was terrified of the potatoes but the whole turning into babies thing and the psychological horror of it all is what really traumatized me as a 7 year old. i singlehandedly blame all of my mental health issues on this damn movie
*People talking about how awful the Bratz movies are* The people making the film, who made them bad on purpose to get people talking so they can drop a banger movie and more people will watch it: Everything goes according to plan~ (This is a joke that popped into my head. :D Ty)
When I was young, I watched mostly Barbie and monster high movies, but I do have a few memories of watching these ones. All I can remember is somebody getting abducted by a ufo, one of those old timey breakfast road stop things, and the ending of the sleepover movie. The last one scarred me for life.
THE SCARECROWS LOOK LIKE COCO FROM ANIMAL CROSSING OMG Also! I never heard of the Bratz movies until I was about 12, but I had most of the dolls! My sisters passed them down to me, like all their old barbies.
sasha getting trapped in a mirror for eternity messed me up as a child also i love how the stories in that movie go from ha ha talking dog to literal existential horror
I know for a fact I've seen all of these movies, but I have no memory of them beyond lingering memories of terror at the sleepover one. Well, and vague memories of the fairy tale one where they were like, saying they could rescue themselves and then got magicked into the fairy tales??? Everything is just a fever dream.
Oh I remember the “Starrin’ and stylin’” movie. I used to watch it so much when I was a kid. Bratz Rock angels will forever be my favourite Bratz movie even now when I’m a young adult.
Back when rentals was a thing I would watch all of these movies. I only saw superbabyz once...I wanted to forget immediately, I've never been so disturbed by a movie as a kid.

Honestly I don’t think the movies are bad- they’re weird, and funny and I CANT stop listening to the diamondz playlist- also I was thinking about a new bratz movie where they go to Paris but it already exists-😭
Honestly, yeah it can be cringy at some points but I grew up with the entire franchise (love them so much) and I can't stop listening to the diamonds, FASHION PIXEZ, GENIE MAGIC, AND ROCK OF ANGELS PLAYLIST!
6:31 i thought that was a fever dream
Me too-
I'm literally convinced that the Bratz show was just a weird fever dream because there was cow aliens like umm🤭
No one can diss that animation. I love it so much and I don’t know why.
4:58 nobody going to talk about the dogs like bones crunching when she squeezes them?
Bro really went *crunch*
On the 12th day of Christmas the bratz gave to me...
1 alien abduction
2 evil triplets
3 byron Powell's
4 iconic bedazzled bootcut jeans
5 evil ginger cowgirls
6 road trips
7 ghost stories
8 flying cows
9 subway chases
10 evil hitch hikers with missing jaws
11 (3) attempted murders
And 12 pairs of diamond boooooots
Just when I was starting to forget the bratz existed and wipe all those movies from my mind.
...

Now I am forever haunted by the potato aliens
I never was really scared of them when I watched them. Even the sleepover one with the monsters at the end. And I'm probably the only one who was never scared of the potato aliens.
1:19 - Kind of like how Ridley Scott's "Robin Hood" (starring Russel Crowe) was a boring 2.5 hour political drama / origin story. He doesn't "become" Robin Hood until like, the last 2 minutes of the film, and the movie ends with "and thus the legend of Robin Hood begins"
Byron Powell was such a power move, will forever be iconic in my eyes
The only Bratz movie I ever watched was Bratz Babyz and to this day i fear my imaginary dog getting kidnapped and then held hostage for $50
I remember specifically watching the bratz baby’s super hero movie a lot when I was in 1st grade or younger, thinking about it is like a fever dream
TAKING ATTENDANCE: say 'here'

Here y'all.
Ayyy here

Ayyy my review made it in at 2:52 ahshshs
These videos are so nostalgic that they make me want to go get a copy of my childhood movies.
Maybe they could’ve had them go into a video game world, like a Wreck it Ralph, type of movie, the only other movie that actually had them acting like babies was ‘Bratz Babyz Save Christmas’
I also think the fact that they had their hair down when they actually became superheroes was symbolism for that
bratz super babyz was for some reason my favorite bratz movie lol the fairy tales one was most like my close second lol
My weakest grab for a senior discount is that I used to watch Bratz Rock Angelz with my best friend on VHS.
I love how fashion pixiez has nothing to do with fashion
Can I just say, thank you, for doing these videos? I fucking love them
Thank you! I am so glad you enjoy them :)
I never knew Bratz had movies, I just remember playing their games on the internet
This is gonna be amazing
I want every one of these quotes as my wallpaper
Like, the brats are not named there but the bully is called ‘the lad’ and that’s just, wild to me
@@cherryberrykomainu8699 "the lad" is his canon name now
@@MissEarthling No he had an actual name, I looked the movie up and he, he had a name. I don’t know why they called him the lad in the summary, like????
I bought this movie on my ipad when I was 11. This movie is permanently on my old ipad.
also "the lad" looks so much like gru I was convinced it was his origin story.
@@captaincaspian42 you’re so right he does
Bratz Kidz Sleep-Over Adventure traumatized me so heavily as a kid OMG.
I have the entire super babies movie ingrained into my brain with how many times I watched it as a child
That scene in bratz super babies where the grandma cooks up a bunch of potato dishes and gives it to the potato aliens always made me crave mashed potatoes and French fries as a kid. Also it was my favorite bratz movie, like I rewatched it constantly for a period of time. I don’t know what’s wrong with me
Honestly the transitions in rock angles were some crazy things
Some were lazy disjointed
Others quite imaginative, just not fully properly executed
i just realised that byron powell was supposed to be simon cowell and my life is changed forever
well....at least he's a decent dude in the bratz universe
bratz super babyz is literally nightmare fuel i thought it was a fever dream for so long. i was terrified of the potatoes but the whole turning into babies thing and the psychological horror of it all is what really traumatized me as a 7 year old. i singlehandedly blame all of my mental health issues on this damn movie
GURLLLL Their 1st film literally whitewashed Sasha like??? Are they ok!!!???
Can we talk about how one of the subplots of Passion 4 Fashion Diamondz is everyone gaslighting Cloe?
*People talking about how awful the Bratz movies are*
The people making the film, who made them bad on purpose to get people talking so they can drop a banger movie and more people will watch it: Everything goes according to plan~
(This is a joke that popped into my head. :D Ty)
Bruh I thought the Bratz sleepover movie was a fever dream I had as a kid LMAO
2:27 I'm speechless, like this scene alone, I had to pause the video to process
When I was young, I watched mostly Barbie and monster high movies, but I do have a few memories of watching these ones. All I can remember is somebody getting abducted by a ufo, one of those old timey breakfast road stop things, and the ending of the sleepover movie. The last one scarred me for life.
THE SCARECROWS LOOK LIKE COCO FROM ANIMAL CROSSING OMG
Also! I never heard of the Bratz movies until I was about 12, but I had most of the dolls! My sisters passed them down to me, like all their old barbies.
The Land Before Time next? That was my childhood
sasha getting trapped in a mirror for eternity messed me up as a child
also i love how the stories in that movie go from ha ha talking dog to literal existential horror
Oh my god I watched that Bratz camp movie religiously as a kid
I know for a fact I've seen all of these movies, but I have no memory of them beyond lingering memories of terror at the sleepover one. Well, and vague memories of the fairy tale one where they were like, saying they could rescue themselves and then got magicked into the fairy tales??? Everything is just a fever dream.
Oh I remember the “Starrin’ and stylin’” movie. I used to watch it so much when I was a kid.
Bratz Rock angels will forever be my favourite Bratz movie even now when I’m a young adult.
tell me why i only just realized Bryon Powell is a play on Simon Cowell,,,
Bro the fashion pixiez movie scared me as a kid. I lowkey thought it was a horror movie
I today I discovered a new franchise with infinite potential for sheetposting
Listen. Seven D really does sound exactly like an EXO song and I've been crying about it.
Back when rentals was a thing I would watch all of these movies. I only saw superbabyz once...I wanted to forget immediately, I've never been so disturbed by a movie as a kid.
