I take my daily shower in the evenings. I relish the time to cleanse not only my body but to clear my head of anything clouding it up. I find that and crawling into my bed early the best way to adjust myself.
1. Stop entertaining negative behavior. 2. Learn to turn on and off intuition. 3. Stop feeling obligated to heal the undeserving. 4. Use imaginative boundaries as a worst-case-scenario. 5. Don't use loneliness as a motive or excuse. 6. Boundary setting is non-negotiable. 7. Cleanse toxic energy.
@@uniquerides25 You are Absolutely right… They’re Angels and they feel us on a deeper level than humans. I love that I understand them and they understand me. My cat and dog are my children, they can always sense when I’m feeling off. They swoop in with their Energy and take care of me in our Quiet Room away from everyone in my home. Goats are REALLY smart I hear, they are the cutest too 😊
I organize and clean. I pick a spot and go to town. Have to be aware of the perfectionist, don't let that get out of control. I live in nature, have domestic pets and chickens, they keep me grounded. 😊
I would go into the garden and walk around and breath the morning fresh air. That, along with time with God, sets my day. It's not easy being a Heyoka Empath. 😊
It is a much-needed message and a piece of good advice. Thank you. I became concerned recently about my own reactions to a person or situation which overwhelmed me and filled me with such emotional turmoil that I reacted with verbal aggression in return. At the same time, I was emotionally exhausted. To keep some balance and quiet I have to disconnect from the source of the stress. It often means literary leaving the place. I absorb some energies to the point that they start to govern me. It is sometimes a gift, as nature or a lovely, vibrant city scene and atmosphere can lift my mood and give me positive energy and joy. But around negative situations, the effect is negative and draining. I don't know to what extent the creation of a mental barrier can be effective for me. I tried. I may need more practice. So far, the best solution was to physically remove myself from the negative spot to a positive one. The positive change occurred within 5-10 minutes most of the time ( and on some occasions almost immediately). It is puzzling that I am so quickly and quickly influenced by external energies and conditions. And even if I can keep it inside for some time - it will only accumulate. Another positive effect is physical activity. It doesn't change the energy fast but provides a step-by-step outlet.
If we don't clear that negative energy it not only affects us emotionally, mentally, spiritually it affects us physically. We can become physically ill if we hold it in for long periods of time. Some of us learn the hard way that we must let it out and completely let it go. It's not easy because we question what we could've done better to remedy a solution and go over it countless time's in our minds. We harder on ourselves than we are on other's. We learn with age what works best for us to release what we've taken on and it gets a bit easier but it's still a struggle none the less.
This feels same with the INTP Heyoka, once we are aware that we are a Heyoka we can travel in our minds back thousands of years and pick up the old ancient healing methods and use it for their own benefits. Use the ability that you are born with and heal your self. Use the full moon to fill up the energy in your water. It makes the heyoka regain energy, meditate and use breathing techniques. Use the semen retention ability and let the body use it for extra vitamins.
Hey PSYCH-Os!👋
*So, how do you keep your sanity as an empath?
