- The Miami Hurricanes got their third win of the season by beating #18 NC State, 31-30 at home in Miami. Hurricanes freshman quarterback Tyler Van Dyke threw for 325 yards and 4 touchdowns in the win. Freshman running back Jaylan Knighton rushed for 83 yards and caught 6 passes for another 83 yards and a touchdown. Miami wide receiver Charleston Rambo caught 9 passes for 127 yards and 2 touchdowns in the win. For NC State, quarterback Devin Leary threw two touchdown passes to Thayer Thomas and rushed for a touchdown in the loss.

We as Cane fans have so much to look forward to in 2022. TVD was a stud lasy year, this year he is on the preseason short list for heismann. Add to that a greatly improved OLINE. This year we will be able to run the ball which will open up the field for a very good WR room and an elite TE and RB room. We could very well average 37 points a game. The biggest difference is the defense. We have a legit dline room 12 deep.And they are all dogs with about 4 that may be future 1st round picks. I think we have the best safety room in the country and our corners are deeper than they have been in 15 years. If TVD stays healthy we could absolutely upset Clemson and become ACC champs. If we go into A&M and pull off the upset in game 3, look out cuz all this team needs is confidence. Cant wait, 8 days away. ITS GREAT..... TO BE,.....A MIAMI HURRICANE!
We Need to Beat Pitt next week and make it 2 in a row over ranked opponents. That would be a huge step in the right direction. I'm rooting so hard for this team to turn it around, make a decent bowl game & shut up all the haters.

Manny needs to hire a new defensive coordinator for next year, he’s doing a horrible job with the defense. And play all the young guys. I don’t want to see Amari Carter out there anymore, I am done with Bubba as well. Play the young guys, they are hungry, a lot more talented and get a new DC and I think the canes will be good next year
Yeah I know the fan base wants him gone but if he does end up staying I think he would do a lot better job managing as head coach if he didn't take on the DC role. I am surprised the kids really really like him. Let's see if the Administration is serious about this program and they go and spend good money on an experienced Power 5 DC.

O line showed up. We could run the ball finally and that opened up the offense. The defense actually made tackles. This is the grit and heart this team has been missing. Swag it out IIII___IIII
The reason it looked like Miami couldn’t run is because Harris is slower than Knighton.
All the film study and work with Lashlee for this game paid off for TVD.
Now this is the CANES we hoped to see from the beginning one win doesn't make a season but it's a building block

It's bizarre this guy keeps getting the start every week. I don't think I've ever seen a P5 player this checked out, it borders on sabotage. NFL scouts watch the same games we do. No idea what he's doing.
He's been playing injured the past few weeks. He's usually a beast but I guess it's just been bothering him too much. I don't know why he didn't try to rest and recover but now he's out for the season.

Wow this game really saves Manny's job. Hope my canes got the boost they needed. Get those young guys out there and let them pick apart the other team. Let's TVD do his thing. We will see if this team is the real deal come next week at Pitt.

Belive it or not, Miami is still alive Coastal division! IF (and that's a BIG if) they win the rest of their games others lose at least 2, then Miami might sneak in the ACC title game. Of course, odds are it won't happen, but you never know!!!
It’s starts with Pitt this week. Beat Pitt and hope they drop 2 more games after us. Then UVA has to lose 2 more and VT, UNC and GT have to lose one. Duke is already eliminated
@@Eddie_3607 What are you talking about? Miami only has 2 conference losses, if they win out they will be 6-2. UNC, GT and Duke have 3 losses already so they're out, VT would have 3 losses as well so they're out. Miami only needs UVA to lose once and Pitt to lose twice (including once to Miami next week) and Miami will win the division outright.

The refs kept nc state in this game .I seen so many holding calls against nc state but yet the refs didn't even call one of them two of their scores wouldn't of happened if the refs called a fair game once in their lives and the timeout before halftime shouldn't of been called either and still dumb mistakes and missed tackles wrap up quit that shoulder tackle bs

I get on this youtube channel to watch today’s games. However, I can't watch the whole game because your logo covers the way I see it. There’s 1/3 of the screen is covered by your logo. The espn icon is in the upper left hand corner once in a while. We can see its espn. Why don’t you do the same? A small icon in the lower left or right corner. If I wanted to just hear the game it would listen to the games on the radio.

They cleaned up a lot of defensive mistakes in this game, but still a long way to go. Might be too little, too late. Pitt might put up 50+ on our guys.
