What is a menstrual cup?

Menstrual cups were invented in the 1930s but most people still don't know of it's existence. A menstrual cup is made of medical silicon and if well taken care of can last up to 10 years. Camilla Wirseen, Founder and CEO of The Cup went around in Nairobi and asked if anyone knows what a menstrual cup is.
