So true. Those ppl did/do not have good experiences w/heat. So they assume we will All have the bad time w/it that they have. I have (3B hair line) Mainly- 3C , 4A maybe a little 4B, low porosity / protein sensitive hair.
My question is - I’m thinking about buying your products but my concern is the protein. I do a protein treatment once a month. Would your products be ok to use weekly?

I went to your salon to straighten my hair a couple of times and my hair reverted 100% 👏🏽 EVERY 👏🏽 TIME with no damage and it lasted me a long time. I think it’s something about your technique because I have not received those results with other stylists. The straight hair yes but along with that was heat damage and loser strands even though I would only get it done once or twice a year 🙄 . That being said I’m taking notes 📝

I'm amazed at how you cut your own hair so easily. I haven't been to the salon since March and the 4 trims I've done using the vertical slice method took me at least 1 hour with okay results.

The last time I did it was five years ago and suffered bad heat damage from the hands of the stylist. I have been wanting to do it but been so scared to do so. Thank you for this! Because I went to a place and they chopped almost 2 inches off my head but I wear my hair natural(wet curly) and it’s healthy so I was shook when they tried to do that. Never listening to them again lol. Thanks! Trying to teach my self how to occasionally flat iron my hair and actual love the results.

OMG, I have never read the instructions on my heat protector. After watching this video, I realized that I was using it all wrong! It says one to two pumps on wet hair, for my whole head. I have been using it on dry hair and using one pump per section. 🤦🏾♀️
Reading the instructions solved the problems I’ve been having when I flat iron.

A little Silk oil... Aveda brilliant, Chi silk infusion, Biosilk. Also, make sure all tools are ceramic so you aren’t creating static.
