Are you using plexiglass for windows and windshields/screens? That product is weak, it scratches easy, and fades after a time in the sun. Why don't you just take the molds and goto an auto glass warehouse and have safety glass made from the shape of the molds. That would be the best thing to do.
That what they do from long time ago they make windshield mold and send it to glass factory .. if you carefully look at their previous car projects all of them using custom glass window
