    You’re so right! First time back on the paddle board in 9 years and only one hour in, I felt muscle fatigue from being on an unstable board and having to correct my balance, padding against the wind was a challenge and yet I felt mental calmness like no other exercise for having to concentrate yet being able to enjoy the beauty of my surroundings at the same time ❤️.
