    Funny: I have been paddling for ~6 years - good stroke, relatively fit. I tried to do the squat with heels on the ground and fell over on the first one 🙈
    Guess I need to spend more time here!

    need better sound mixing... that intro sequence is way too loud compared to the rest of the video...
