The best thing in Vietnam is you can go out and eat anytime you like no matter how early or how late it is. I miss "xoi man" or "banh mi" in the early morning. I also miss many authentic Vietnamese dishes which you could only find in Vietnam. If I'm too tired to cook, my only choice in the middle of night is McDonald or instant noodle. Watching your videos make me home sick so much. Thank you Max

Omg those snails are amazing!! When ever I came back there I ate theme everyday for week!!! I also love banh mi in Da Nang. There are some small banh mi and bun bo that are amazing but i dont know how to describe where are they. Love your videos. Keep it up 👍

Your Vietnamese accent is soooo good and super adorable! Very polite and sweet.
Actually that thing white thing is not bánh cuốn, it's called mì lá. And an easy way to take one sheet out of that stack is put the bánh tráng on top, give it a brief "massage" then lift it up, ta daaa, the mì lá will stick to the bánh tráng nicely. Btw, the mắm here seems quite thin. My fav place for bánh tráng thịt heo is Quê Xưa (165 Núi Thành), more expensive but worth every penny.
