    Yep! They did this crap to me during the Hiss Haslab. I only had a couple days to fix it. Then they said sorry there was nothing they could do.

      This is it for me. I have a friend that is a die had gijoe fan. He’s done. Too expensive. And too many lies. These folks suck at customer service. And they do not try to fix anything. But, the best thing is seeing all the figures that don’t sell now. F.A.A.F.O.

    Pulse charged me for 2 Hiss tanks. I got that all straightened out.
    And then recently, they charged me for 2 Stinger vehicles. And the order clearly shows only 1 being pre-ordered at the time.
    Their website is a mess!

    This is why I have paypal as my payment method sick of dealing with credit card BS and can use my paypal credit with 6 months no interest to pay for orders when they do ship and not have to worry if somethings going to drop on a week my funds are running tight

    Ever since hasbro pulse updated their site it's been a real horrible experience placing pre-orders....I had issues for the pass for waves of GI JOE classified..... thankfully I didn't have issues with the Rattler....I was charged with no issue but I have issues with the pulse con and received that notification you spoke about.....yeah the two pack of steel corps commander and twilight guard came super quick ....got them two days after the Haslab Rattler project ended.

      Yep, they sent the Twilight 2-pack super fast. No email about being charged for it before hand though. They definitely do NOT have their stuff together these days.

    Yup i got red message also. Hasbro is a pool filled full of poop as a company the way tgey poop on its customers in various ways! If they didnt own gi joe i seriously think they would be out of business! Also, after seeing ur vid i checked my email and i ordered 2 but shows my total as 325...i have a bad feeling bout that!!!

      The figures are getting better but everything else is going down the toilet as far as being able to get them through Hasbro. Glad I was able to give you a heads up. That's why I made the video. That and to vent my frustration. Check with your payment provider (credit card, bank account, etc.) to make sure the charge shows. If not, call them up. I made call #5 today.

    I would be infuriated. Thankfully, when Pulse switched to their new design, I had about a week before a preorder was going to be charged. I went in and updated my payment methods right away, even though nothing on my end changed. Pulse has given me no issues.

      I am. Oh the Twilight 2 pack went through just fine on PayPal. It was set up to use my balance first. Didn't get a payment confirmation email from Pulse on it though.

    Since monday I have been trying to pay, I have used 2 credit cards, talk to my bank, write to Hasbro, and nothing. I thought it was just me... if I dont get the Rattler I'm done with GI Joe. Also, wondering if it is an only visa issue? Mine is Visa too. I also tried the Paypal route and it did not work for me.

    Hey, I don't know if your use your paypal only if you have funds in the account or have linked to a bank account? I would assume that your Paypal is possibly linked to something to use their credit feature, I'm not sure how that works anymore. The reason I say this is that I used to sell items and had a balance in my Paypal account and did at one time use their credit function. BUT I have since payed off the account and no longer keep a balance of cash in Paypal. The most simple and smoothest way I have found to use Paypal and still get my points on my credit card it just to link your visa to your paypal and have all payments go from paypal through the visa. Set the visa as your primary payment method in paypal and just make sure when you check out and the paypal thingy comes up on screen that you check the standard paypal as the payment method. If you still want to use the 6 months no interest thing all you have to do is check the pay over time just as you did before. This has been a very problem free way for me. I hope this helps if you didn't know about it and I hope it all works out because this kind of shit is most frustrating!

    I didn't have any issues this past TF release. Although a few people did I attribute that to the new website setup. They'll work out the bugs.

    Pulse has been so buggy since the platform update in June. I hate the black background theme. I hope everything works out for you. I had a similar problem early on and I believe I spoke to "Rob" as well. At the time he told me that the new system required shipping and billing addresses to match perfectly. No dashes, abbreviations, etc. And, yes their shipping dept. in Romeoville has kicked into high gear. For me it's been 2 days (Romeoville to NYC) via FedEx.

      The new layout is awful. Only thing I like about it is when you look at your orders you can see what's in it without having to open each one a s dig through each one. I wouldn't really care what it looked like if they could get it to work correctly.

    That sucks. I hope they can figure out their issues so you get the rattler. I used my card and was already charged that Tuesday morning. I did have issues ordering during Pulsecon with that message you screenshotted. I eventually had to just use PayPal to get around the issue for the exclusives. I ordered elsewhere for the main releases.

      Thanks Clint ! The boxed set is supposed to be out this fall or winter. It's up for pre-order on BBTS. That's the way to get it. All in one collector box, and it works out to the same price as buying them individually was.

    No problem paying. Mine didn't go through until 1130 am central the next day. Previous haslabs was immediate payment.

    First off I am very sorry to hear that you had this issue to occur with your Haslab and with pulse! No one wants to go into secondary market when they had the opportunity to buy at retail let alone a processing issue with pulse and/or your bank.
    So I agree also with their latest issues of the order processing notifications. I got hit two or three times right before and right after the campaign ended with no notification it was shipping earlier than estimated; my issue is that this all happens around the time the haslab itself was ending. Twilight and SB came out I think on time so I got hit with those some hours after they charged me for my rattlers lol, but I was like where is the heads up.
    I also suspect either Alpine is about to ship or the halo jumper and the marine sniper are also about to ship. Some of the others may also, I didn’t order all that wave from pulse so some others might be coming in M and T also. It’s a lot to pay for given we just finished the rattler.
    Yea Asia retail markets are the move if you’re reviewing figs on your channel and sometimes our neighbors to the north also get things ahead of main retail markets in the US. eBay too
    I hope things work out for you to obtain your rattlers at retail though brother

      In progress does not mean the payment was validated, all preorders are in progress until shipped

      Having had to buy the HISS on the secondary market, I'm not quite ready to go that route yet. But if they end up screwing me out of ordering the Rattler, I won't be pursuing one.

      I finally deleted the OaM CC that was lingering in my cart. It was an experiment anyways. I'm not worried about the Dragonfly. They've already got that money. There was another report that even more of them have shown up in U.S. ports. So if they're shipping them, they've (hopefully) fixed whatever the problem was and they won't be delayed again. I have a feeling they probably manufactured more extras than usual for QC concerns with this one.

    I was successful on a rattler but I used PayPal. As flimsy as their website seems to be right now I'm afraid to have a card on file probably end up getting their website hacked or data breached. I know I've mentioned it before but my brother-in-law's rattler was canceled in the middle of the campaign no notice does even show up in his order history as canceled. During the once was a man dilemma I ended up submitting my address six separate times and I'm a pulse member I don't know why it wasn't keeping it on record. And what happened to Emily? She must keep them on track because they were wasting so much time during the Joe sediment they were so discombobulated spending too much time talking about that video game they could have had plenty of time to reveal law and order and heavy duty. Even the Rattler campaign for a yojoe June seems like they only focus on it the first 3 days and then the last 3 days the entire middle they forgot all about it I never seen a yojoe June more focused on marvel and Star wars.

      I'm also afraid they might have been hacked, or a really close attempt. I mentioned it before in one of the last Hasbro videos I made. I sure hope not. Pulsecon was a big ole wet fart for Joes, but at least there was no excitement to be spoiled by the damn leaks. Emily is M.I.A. on the Joe team. I didn't mind her, but I think they finally realized she doesn't appeal to most G.I. Joe fans, like, at all.

    My bank is IBEW credit Union I have a separate account that specifically for buying action figures and it froze my account thought the transaction was fraudulent it screwed me for the rest of the week and I had no shipping notice or billing notice for that steel core 2-pack which I ordered three and that maxed out my card I was stranded in another town and had to borrow money fuck Hasbro

      How would the freezing of an account you have set up specifically for buying action figures somehow leave you stranded out of town needing to borrow money? I’m not following your story. They froze all of your accounts at the credit union?

      You're not wrong. But we people are kind of over a barrel since no one else is making G.I. Joe figures and vehicles. I do these videos as awareness, in the hopes that maybe someway, somehow, it reaches them
      And with enough comments they pay attention to the conversation.. Maybe it gets other people talking about it and the voice gets louder.
