Ahh some guitarists to discuss equipment... The conversation I was looking for! Anybody notice he had a different Les Paul in soundcheck. It was white with the diamond inlay on the headstock so maybe a custom one? And how about them victory amps? Bit of a shake up from the Randall's on the last tour and the Mesa Boogie dual rectifier they'd used before that, though Danny was partial to a fender I believe.
@@matt-10229 I remember he used a black LP Custom , in the Wonderland era... But he used a sunburst LP on the first McFly live performance, so perhaps it's the same one? They posted some rehearsals last tour and this one, and they're mainly using Kempers on tour.... But Tom has been using a Bassman as well on some MTA performances.
I like this more than the original that's on Spotify, here you can actually hear Dougie and it gives more of a push to the song. Sry for my english.. I'm swedish 😂
Tom has something like an 03 standard in wine red, a 2014 classic in seafoam green and then a natural finish LP which I've not been able to find much information about and he's not used it love much so I imagine it was the back up to the wine red standard before he bought he seafoam green classic.
They're playing different parts. Jamie Norton on keys is playing the synth parts as it's a Nord not a piano so he's playing all the intro and background in the mix. Tom is also playing a Nord (buts it's cased in an old upright piano) and he's playing the main chord rhythm in a piano sound. So same instruments but two very different sounds.
The camera panning in EVERY time Dougie goes “hoooahh” is life!
hahahahahhahahahaahaha I’m in tears now
it ooohh not hoooahh
hahahahaaaa 🤣
🤣🤣🤣 can't watch without noticing it now 🤣
i like that the way the are dressed suggests that each of them belongs to a different band
They all individuals.
They belongs to another world. That´s ok.
lol at the rarely seen 5th member just having fun jamming away on his keyboard
You mean Jamie the musical director?
He’s very talented is Jamie Norton. Plays with Take That as well and has come-wrote some songs with them.
@@jameswales9719 he’s also a really lovely dude and a running fanatic!
@@jameswales9719 he's been working with they guys before the hiatus, he's brilliant! Love to see him back, good times :)
Love that Danny’s doing the chorus now :) great performance.
Who used to do it?
@@oliviawild674 Tom, I think
Aww love this, thank you! Graham seems like he genuinely likes the boys. Flipping love seeing them on anything that will get shown in the states!

Danny's Les Paul sounds AMAZING!
Mcfly are a wonderful talented band. Cool guys.
Woahhhhh oh, love that bit 😄 good tune
Such a tune
Seeing Danny play anything but a Tele or a Strat is odd but still amazing
For real, but I kinda dig it though, it’s a mad throwback. Danny almost only played les pauls before Radio: Active heh
yeah havent seen him play a les paul in donkeys years

I absolutely this song 🎵

I know I’m a year late but your English is actually pretty good. And I agree, this version is really good.
Totally agree...Best version ❤
Danny ❤️
havent seen danny use a gibson les paul in years he normally uses fender teles
Good pop song
makes me cry ....asking for help xxxxxx
Dougie looks like he's from 5SOS rather than from McFly 😂
They WERE on Pointless, with Lee Mack.
danny with a les paul.... memories
Tom looks like the Blue Mighty Morphin Power Ranger
Winona Forever hat, Dougie?
Johnny Depp's old tattoo. I got a laugh out of that.
Danny with a Les Paul. Sounds better than the strat or the tele
I agree, it sounds incredible!
Friday 11th December 2020
Yeah Danny playing a Les Paul is weird
It may be weird but it sounds amazing!
Ikr! Les paul tom, tele for Danny
What did it say on dougie’s hat
It says Winona Forever😁
i dont know why but i cant watch this in HD. the screen fucks.
Thats Tom's guitar, right?
@Harvey Cooke thought it was Tom's Gibson

does anyone else think that danny is a replica of bruce springsteen? lol
I’ve always thought the same! But then again Bruce is his idol so it makes sense
tom looks like a school teacher here and it seems a little pointless to have the keyboard player if toms playing the piano

He looks like the original blue power ranger...
