Welp...seems like Neuvi was in love with Furina, but I have hopes for the future of Neuvilumi now that Focalor is no longer in the picture. Aside from that, Fontaine really has such a great story. Very impactful and emotional.

So, they leave hints for people who follow subtle cues to pick up on it. Such as Furina's constellations which are mostly nods to romantic operas. And if you pay attention, they reference her love with Neuvillette (raise the chalice of love) and reference that only she knows his first name (his name, now I know it). Hoyo has been using such methods to hint at couples for a long time...
