This is what I thought of as well; I feel constant guilt about all the chicken I eat, because they are treated deplorably in the factory farm industry. I don't feel bad eating beef, fish and venison because my parents have free range cattle, and ofc deer and fresh caught fish are also living freely in the wild... But man oh man, idk, I feel like if we need to treat animals in cruel and confining ways just to sustain our population, then perhaps we've gone too far...? 🤷♀️
