Jowar Bun Dosa | Glutenfree Bun Dosa | Millet Bun Dosa | Soft and Spongy Dosa

- This is a super healthy, soft, and spongy dosa made using whole jowar(Sorghum). This recipe does not have Urad Dal, Soda, Eno and is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This recipe makes 8-10 dosas.
Ingredients:
Bun Dosa
Whole Jowar - 1 cup
Poha - 1/2 cup
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Methi seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
For Tadka
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 4-5
Coconut Chutney
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Green chilies - 2
Roasted Chana - 2 tbsp
Cilantro - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Tadka
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard & Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 3-4
Dried Red chili - 1

You can replace poha with rolled oats.
Can we make it by fermenting just the jawar flour instead of soking grains?
I am not sure about this. Not sure if the flour will ferment well.

You can replace poha with rolled oats. I have not tried replacing with udit daal

Its glutenfree but I have 1 question, can RA patient eat this dosa?I asked because its fermented
Honestly, I am not sure if this is ok for RA patients. Would be better to consult a doctor on what types of food is usually suitable.
No fermentation required?
Yes, it requires fermentation for at least 8-10 hrs
This dosa didn't come crispy It's more like a besan or rava chilla.
