  • This is a super healthy, soft, and spongy dosa made using whole jowar(Sorghum). This recipe does not have Urad Dal, Soda, Eno and is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This recipe makes 8-10 dosas.
    Ingredients:
    Bun Dosa
    Whole Jowar - 1 cup
    Poha - 1/2 cup
    Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
    Methi seeds - 1 tsp
    Salt - 1 tsp
    For Tadka
    Oil - 2 tsp
    Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    Hing - 1/4 tsp
    Curry leaves - 4-5
    Coconut Chutney
    Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
    Green chilies - 2
    Roasted Chana - 2 tbsp
    Cilantro - 1 cup
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Tadka
    Oil - 2 tsp
    Mustard & Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
    Hing - 1/4 tsp
    Curry leaves - 3-4
    Dried Red chili - 1
